Heat and ADS

I know this isn’t an actual ADS forum, but I hope you extenders are OK with posting here. According to the powers that be it is OK. I know extenders are a form of ADS, but not all ADS is extenders, so logically speaking it would make sense to change the extender forum to the ADS forum IMHO. What do you think?

I do light hanging for extended time, and I am wondering if heat would be a factor. I recently bought one of the old fashioned hot water bottles, and I can hang it from a belt and keep my junk warm while hanging at home, doing stuff. Besides feeling good as summer is waning, what is the consensus on heat and extended light hanging? I don’t think can hurt, but is it worth doing?
