Okay, today was my first real day using the PenisMaster ADS. Overall, I have to say that the comfort is exceptional, but I have a concern about the condition of my glans.

After about thirty minutes, my head feels cool/cold and it is darker. I would expect it to be cool, but as I have no experience with this sort of thing, I cannot quantify the difference between cool (OK?) and cold (bad).

I know the response will probably be “It’s too tight”, but I have now secured it at the loosest setting without falling off. I wrap gauze around the shaft 3 - 4 times and fasten the “comfort strap” such that 3 of the nubs are through the fastening aperture. Also, it is on the lowest “tension” setting.

So the first time I took it off, the glans (as well as the part of the shaft that is fastened by the strap) seemed cold to me.

But what is cold? What is cool? How dark is too dark?

As long as I am able to massage it back at the end of an hour, do I wear it that long? (i.e. does that indicate it wasn’t too tight and I’m just not used to what it should feel like?)

Last question - do you think Monkeybar’s modified head (not the vacuum) would help this? It doesn’t fully encompass the shaft.

Any suggestions are much appreciated.

“Normal” colour and cool is ok.

I’m not sure what you mean by “lowest tension setting”, as the PeniMaster has no settings. It has force measurements, however.

I would suggest that you are wearing it too tight, or at too much pressure. Or both.

Flaccid size + half inch is how long you should be “stretching to”.

Tightness need only be enough to hold this in place.

Is that normal flaccid or stretched flaccid? I may need to find a 1/2” rod somewhere.

When I said lowest tension setting, I was referring to the force measurements. I have three bars visible, which I believe is the lowest.

After 15 minutes, I am noticeably darker and cool/cold.

I think I am going to buy Monkeybar’s vacuum head. What do you think?

I think Slack means normal flaccid, not stretched. Stretched flaccid + 1/2 inch would be a torture device.

And I think I am at a full stretched flaccid and thus the reason for the problem.

So, fair to say that if a normal flaccid is about four inches, we’re looking for four and a half?

I gave up paying attention to the force measurement grooves, as they seem to very too much to attempt to record.

Yes I mean normal flaccid, so about 4.5" would be about right for you.

As for monkeybar’s head, the regular one and the vacuum one both have great reviews, but personally I’ve used neither.

The higher the tension the less time you will be able to wear it. On my homemade stretcher I start out with a low tension and than slowly adjust up and maybe I can go 30-40 minutes tops before I need to take it off and get the blood flowing.

Dino- I think you’re right and it’s a combination of tension and length. I think I am simply too “stretched”, even at low tension.

I am going to try to find a 1/2” rod (the smallest I got was an inch and that’s putting me past 5” when my flaccid is maybe four) and possibly get monkeybar’s vacuum head.

Hey Slack, not to question your expertise or anything but I beg to differ. I use a penimaster all day, my regular flaccid is about 4 in. But my bone pressed stretched flaccid is about 7 1/8 in. And I stretch my unit to about 6 1/2 in. And can last at the very least 3 hours at a time. I just don’t see how I would benefit only stretching it to 4 1/2 in. I know all about overdoing it and not wanting to over stretch, but I feel that would be if I was stretching it to about 7 in.

Freedman, Try this: I was caught in between sizes so to speak, not long enough to put on one more rod on each side, but too long to not attach another rod. So what I did was I got a color pencil and cut it with a steak knife to equal half of the length of the shortest rods provided with the penimaster. Detach the the head piece that has the strap going through it, put those two pieces of color pencils in the holes for the rods and then place the rods in there behind them. Works like a charm, new size.

With the kind of attachment that the penimaster has, I don’t see how you could NOT get cool or cold after an hour. No matter what anyone says, it is impossible to say that what you are doing is harmful, or that it is safe. If you are worried about it, take more breaks.

Even one minute of circulation is way better than none. If you break every 30 minutes, that is pretty safe.

You’re new the the ads so your dick needs conditioning which is why you have to start slowly. After time your dick will adapt and you can move forward. As for the monkeybar vacuum device, I highly recommend it. The up side is comfort - I mean I’m talking light years difference. No gauze, extra wrapping, and best of all no noose (totally barbaric). Disconnecting and reconnecting is easy and I can do both at my desk at work. Sometimes I disconnect, reduce stretch and reconnect without getting out of my chair at work. Results in me being able to wear the ads for longer periods by simply reducing tension for a while.

Down side is that it requires you to load extra bars on your stretching device to achieve the same stretch. I had to buy two extra 4mm extension rods for my device. Also creates a bigger bulge in your pants, but that can be managed. Also, you have to remove the vacuum device from you glands before taking a leak. May be a problem if you have a weak bladder. Some fluid buildup in the head at first but this gets better after a week or two.

Btw - if you get the monkeybar, you won’t need that half inch rod

If thats working for you, thats great.

The point I try (and usually fail, to be honest) to get across, is that ADS is designed for traction, not stretching.

I’m with you on that one. My FL is 3.75” but I stretch it to 7” and gained 3/16th of an inch last month (averaging 4.6 hours on an extender). Then again, my gains might be newbie gains because I’m only beginning my 4th month of PE. Also, I only keep it extended for an hour at a time.

IF thermometer

If you have an IF thermometer gun, you can check the temperature quickly, and accurately. They don’t cost much, and they are useful for many things if you don’t have one consider getting one.

I take breaks every half hour, and I notice a little darker color, but not really purple. My temperature is usually around 76 degrees after a half hour compared to about 90 degrees normally.

I stretch more aggressively then the prior post suggested (1/2 inch over FL). I think some guys tend to have smaller FL to EL, ratio, and I am one of those people. I use the notches, and try to keep it around 3, and that puts me at 2.5 inches over F/L.
