I am using a PenimasterPro. I use it in 2x3 hours sessions during the day. I can not use the extender with springs. Instead I use the belt. I stretch the penis to the left 1.5 hour and then I to the right 1.5 hours and then I let the penis rest an hour. I try to use the springextender when I come home. My question is as follows. I have no problem wearing the extender for 3 hours. Is it recommendable to increase the time? Are there any risks involved if I try to use the PenimasterPro in longer sessions? Anyone with experience about this? / Soulmedeep

In the manual it says that you should use the device for a maximum of 3 h straight then take it of for 30min. I think the purpose of this is to let blood flow into your glans since the vaccum restricts blood flow. In the beginning I hade mine on for several hours, up to 8 h without rest, and noticed that my EQ got worse. Basically It was harder to get blood into my unit. Since I follow the suggested routine I don’t experience this any more.

It’s dependent on one’s attachment method, there is no one right answer.

Without being in ones shoes, not more than 45-60 minutes.

It also matters the type to f extender used. For instance, a static extender may be used longer at the same stretch but may need length adjustments more often as the tissues relax at a stretched state.
