Okay. So if that’s the case - then the screws at the base are what your supposed to use to elongate / stretch your penis (as I’ve been doing). Your not supposed to attempt to turn the hexagon like bar (as I just tried). The only thing is AustFred. I’ve even added some additional bars to the original unit and stretched and the hexagon NEVER goes in the unit so I don’t think I’m getting any tension - just stretching. ?

Yup that is the same as a proextender but as I mentioned earlier, I found that if I did not pre-stretch (and I should have mentioned that you hand compress the springs by pushing the cradle towards the base as you clamp your head in the extender). This means you get a bit of stretching before you start turning the adjuster screws.

Hope that explains it

But even when I try that - I take the rods all the way down to increase tension but I can’t move the hexagon bars without taking the cylinder out of the head unit. They are too hard and stiff to turn. When I am able to turn them while they are in the unit the cylinder seems to start coming out ??
I’m dying here!!

The hex bars are for measuring the tension and move inside the rods as tension increases. The extra rods allow you to stretch more and that increases the tension. The springs inside help maintain the tension. The hex bars are not meant to turn. You use the threaded adjusters to increase the length and thus the tension. When you run out of thread you need a longer rod.

Hope this makes sense.

Adding pics of how it is when I use it.

You need to pre-stretch more. If the hex bars are not going in you do not have sufficient tension for a good stretch.

1. Fit your penis in your extender
2. Grab the head and pull out as much as possible with one hand while compressing the springs by pushing the cradle back towards your body with the same hand.
3 While doing this use the other hand to fit the strap or noose.
4. Once strapped in then stretch using the adjuster screws. While doing this you may use the other hand to make sure the rods do not unscrew from each other.

Okay. Thanks Austfred. I just haven’t had my tension bars move inside at all - and I’m stretching all the way to the point where I need to add another bar or the rods will come loose! So I didn’t know if it was working or not! I know when you “noose up” you pull in on the head unit to get it closer to you and then you can see the hexagon like bars go inside the unit via the springs in the cylinder then it releases.

So basically what your saying is Just turn the screws and stretch as far as possible?

Will do.

I got the Chinese one with the adjusting screw type rods on either side and it seems to work fine

I’ve posted some pics of how I”m using it in the “Progress Reports and PIctures” section.

Please check them out and let me know if I”m doing this correctly.

I hate to sound like an idiot, it seems like a pretty basic thing.. But given the hexagon shaped bar is not going inside the cylinder I’m concerned I’m only stretching and not getting tension. You can see from the photos I”m stretching quite a bit.

That is correct

Yes, at least till the first notch is about to disappear.

Think you are almost there. Once you get the knack it will be fairly easy.

Sketch, Looked at the pics. The only issue I can see is that you need to practice what I have called the pre-stretching. You should aim to get the amount of stretch you have in the pics with the adjuster screws in the start position then when you start screwing out the first mark on the hex rods will start moving inside.

I understand the issue you are having because I faced the same thing when I started with my extender. It might seem obvious but really should be included in the manuals.
