I started wearing it in April for around 4 hours a day, 5 days a week. Within the last month I increased to 6 hours a day, 5 days a week (sometimes 6 days). I had two stretches since starting where I did no PE for 5-6 days. I use the strap at a high intensity. I stretch to a point that I cannot push my shaft in any direction easily. I typically warm up with 10 to 20 minutes of stretching with a heated sock. During breaks I’ll stretch, edge, or jelq.
Also, for me I have to be semi-erect when tightening the strap so that my head stays big enough not to slip during each session. So as I get more flaccid I periodically extend further, again using the test of whether I can easily push my shaft in any direction.
So total hours, roughly, so far:
7 weeks at 20 hours—> 140 hours
4 weeks at 36 hours—> 144 hours
284 hours to date in the extender, plus the other PE
