Dr. Ric was the pioneer of the foreskin pulled forward method of glans protection. It does promote more skin stretch, which is why I always tell un-cut guys that if they don’t want more foreskin to use the foreskin retracted method.
If you experience weight slips with that method I would suggest using a smaller sleeve. Another option to is to prime chamber before you attach the weight. This will help promote glans expansion that will help prevent slips. The way to do that is to draw out 10-15 Hg’s of vacuum and hold it for 2-3 seconds, then release and repeat another 5 times, on the last prime go up to the desired amount of vacuum pressure and disconnect the hang pump and start your hang.
Another suggestion is to reload if you feel a slip. Meaning once you feel a slip, stop the hang and remove the chamber, check your glans protective wrap and start over. Reinstall the chamber with fresh vacuum and resume the hang. Remember the goal is to reach fatigue. So if you can go 15-20 minutes before feeling a slip that’s good. Once you’ve used the LG Hanger and are proficient at installing it, it shouldn’t take more than 2 minutes tops to remove and reinstall. Then continue your hang. Even if you have to do this 2-3 times during the hour long session you will still reach fatigue, which is the ultimate goal.
