Looking for a larger extender base

Hi lurker here,

I’ve been using the SizeGenetics for a while, but the standard base is a bit too tight for my liking. Is there a place where I can buy a wider base that is compatible with my SizeGenetics? I read that X4 Labs used to sell a wide girth base that was compatible with it, but x4 labs is no longer in business. Any suggestions?

The QuickExtender Pro is way too tight, and while the Penimaster is a bit bigger, it’s still too tight, too.

Any thoughts here? I’m @ 6.75” at the base, 7”+ BEG, and would love to find an extender that fits comfortably.

I manufacture Extender bases. Our standard base utilizing our Extender is 1.875” or 1 7/8” internal diameter, which should be more than adequate for the size you listed.
I’ve made XL & XXL Extenders for guys who are 8”+ at base.

I have a QEP base as well and it’s causing me problems since it can be tight and I believe it’s causing me lymph blockages.

I use it with the AutoExtender VacMod 4, and I don’t really want to buy a whole new setup. But as it is, I can’t use it.

Hey I just got a sizedoctor game changer , Iv found this to be to tight at the base also , the first day I got it I thought rite I’m going to wear this 6 hours a day and I did too for one day ! after that I was so sore around the base I could barely manage an hour at a time so after playing around with different material i found that 7mm wetsuit doubled up works a treat .

I simply cut 2 holes , doubled them up , slide my cock through the hole but with a flap at the top so when the extender is pulled up against my stomach the base of the extender sits mostly on the flap part covering the base of my penis , it’s so much more comfortable & the base of the extender sits much better away from my nuts fully up against the neoprene.

I haven’t measured my Size Doctor base, but it’s definitely bigger than a standard JES type base.

Like many people, I have a “traffic cone” shape, and the extender base can be uncomfortably tight even when the shaft out of the fat pad has plenty of room.

I recently purchased the Totalman vacuum extender and it has the largest base and largest vacuum cap I have used so far. It is all plastic but I am pleased so far.

I have the jes extender but I guess it’s the same as sizegenetics in diameter.

Search for the darknight here on thunders, it’s a DIY extender. You’ll be able to make it to your appropriate size.

Look up instamorph and mold your own. What I did was cut the middle out of a cheap base on ebay and used instamorph to create a much larger one that sits behind my balls.

The RestoreX has the largest base I’ve seen on an extender.
