I appreciate the effort and I will mess with it a little more.

I use a plastic strap as that’s the most comfortable and EZest to use.

The Phallosan Forte can be worn at night whereas the X4x Lab cannot, so I do not believe that it was a waste of money.

If I combine the two systems, do I take rest days? If so, when?

I have no idea.

I didn’t want my first post to be so long nobody cared to read it so I am excited to see couple responses. To modify the extender you will need to purchase a couple things: vacuum bell, cradle, and sleeves. For the vacuum bells go to Ebay and search "vacuum bell penis" you will probably have to buy a package so it in includes the pump which will also include a sleeve or two, when I modified mine I wasn’t able to find a seller who would sell the pump separately. The second part is the cradle, I struggled to find this on Ebay so I purchased mine from Aliexpress https://www.ali express.com/ite … .560c4c4dTAnbpC . I just checked it myself to confirm the seller was still active and found that you can actually buy an entire set including the extender, bell, cradle and sleeve now for around $28. Honestly though I would probably stay away from buying there extender I don’t see where it states the grams of tension in the springs so you are kinda shooting in the dark on the tension being applied.

I used the noose/strap when I first bought my X4 and know how uncomfortable they can be. This set up has been great and I honestly believe the tension is more consistent as there is no slippage. The only downside is it does make the set-up a little bulkier and longer, but as I mentioned in my prior post with it tucked up under my waist band it is not visible, the exceptions being when I am having to tuck in my shirt or am wearing a tight shirt.

Also Amerikanisch, I saw your post in regards to the phallosan forte, I own one also and have applied it for over 500 hours as a standalone with 0 results. I think the PF does have its place, but it to be used in conjunction with manual exercises and/or an extender, hanging device etc. I have been incorporating mine on my rest days for a couple or several hours to help keep it in the elongated state.

How many hours per day did you use your Phallosan Forte Extender? I try to wear mine 12 hours per day. If I only get 1/2 inch out it that’s okay.

Better than nothing. Also stretching and pumping. No Jelqing yet.

Your handle is so cool that I had to steal it for another forum. I am not even Norwegian but I am a Beatles fan, so I guess that’s good enough.
However, while visiting Europe, a Norwegian told me that I could pass for a Norwegian in spite of my shorter than average stature. I guess that the blondish hair was enough.
Anyway…….
If this Phallosan Forte works, no way would I ever go back to one of those iron maidens again. I can wear the PF for hours on end in complete comfort.
From what I have discerned so far only 10 hours per day is recommended. I could do ten hours standing on my head. I am just wondering if wearing it more than ten hours would cause any shrinkage?
Anybody have any ideas on this?
By the way, during your sabbatical from extending, did you lose any length or girth?

I would speculate that it would depend more on your personal circumstances than your beginning size. I have heard of 4 inch guys going to 6 and I have heard of 8 inch guys going to 10 but 2 inches seems to be pretty much the ceiling in most cases.
Can you get more? I suppose that it is possible but it is probably not too common.

Phallosan Forte I have never used, so I can’t tell you how that works.

Did I loose any length or girth during my sabbatical years ? No, not that I’d noticed, but I took one half inch piece away from the extender when I started up again, just to comfortably get into the game again, but put that piece back during the second week.

Yeah I’m sorry:) But most of you guys have good equipment to begin with too, doesn’t seem to matter if you are at 5-8 inches, everyone wants to be larger;)

Okey, personal circumstances as in?
Was thinking it maybe is more accurate to measure in increased percentage, more micro tears along with more cell growth.

Anyway, my routine since a month back is,
Warmup
Some manual stretching
Jelqing 200 reps, 2 days on, 1 off, 2 on, 2 off
Extending between 6-10 hrs 6-7 days of the week


Starting stats:

8 BPEL, 6,5 EG

I dont think 3 kg is a weight fit for extending. I think 3 kg is “hanging” category

I was wearing my PF 10-12 hours and was around 600-700 hours and was using it as a stand alone at the time. I will say that I felt I was getting a better flaccid hang after a couple weeks of use, but I did not measure any change in girth or length when erect. I still have it and plan to use it in the future when I start to include hanging to my routine. I do think it could be beneficial if you are stretching and pumping as your are, but I personally think an extender with manual work and pumping would lead to quicker gains.

I currently am using an modified vacextender 6+ hours a day and performing 10-20 minutse of manual jelqs mixed with squeezes before and after extending. I started PE when I was in High School and believe I made some or most of my newbie gains, but I honestly don’t remember what my beginning stats were, so I am kind of unsure.

I have a rod extender that I use upwards and slightly turned to the side, and I have a vacuum extender that is tied around my waist.

I have the impression that the rod extender turned down gives more results, a problem that I can’t use during the day, only at night when I’m at my house.

Do you think I should keep the vacuum extender tied around my waist? Will have results?

From what I have heard some say you get more stretch of the ligaments with it faced down and more tunica faced up but as I mentioned in previous post there are extenders designed to be worn specifically in the upward position, so I do believe you get similar results regardless of the way it is facing. Similar to the PF having a vacuum extender tied around your waist seems it would work but I have not seen any studies indicating there success. Like the PF I would use the waist extender as a all day extender to just keep it in a elongated state, but your result will come from the use of rod extender. Since you already have the vacuum bell you should look at my post about how to modify your extender so you can wear it for longer periods of time.
