Most comfortable Extender

I am using the Pro-extender but it is a bit uncomfortable at the base and where the strap is on. The head freezes out too.

Can someone recommend a good and comfortable extender please?

I’m thinking about the Male Edge or the Size Genetics.

I added a VacExtender mod kit to my X4 which significantly increased the comfort. However, it needs to be mounted properly and sessions should be limited to 1.5 hours in order to avoid bruising on the glans.

Like warren said, you could try investing in a VacExtender mod kit (make sure to e-mail MB first to see if it will fit your extender) and you could try applying a thin foama cut-out underneath the base of the extender.

LowLowXX, I agree with dtwarren and KFH. Look into the modified VacExtender. Monkeybar also sells a silicone pad that can be used with also any extender. I purchased one and it’s great, but you can always make one too.

I didn’t care for the silicone donut. It tended to slip around under the extender base. I found a piece of cheap foam padding was better.

I am in the game for a vacextender (I am getting sick and tired of the glans getting number using the comfirt strap and sometimes quite painful. However this can be hit and miss as sometimes I can wear it for a good hour with no problems what so evr)

I am still worried about all the stories I hear of people having blisters with the vacextender?

Please someone quell my doubts!

I replied to your concerns in another post but here it is again. Used according to directions, I don’t think you can get blisters with the Vacexteder 4x. I have mine on right now and have been wearing it for six hours straight except for taking it off for 15 minutes twice to go to the bathroom. I’m going to bed in another hour and will be removing it then.

Is the VacExtender more comfortable than the Sizegenetics 58 way?

I’m buying the Sizegenetics 16 way for less than 200 bucks, I hope it is good. I couldn’t buy the VacExtender because of a problem with the page and the credit card :(

Although it is a much different design, the Phallosan is extremely comfortable. I also have a X4 but could never wear it for more than 5 minutes without pain or it slipping off.

Hows that phallosan working for you?. I also have the x4 but always slipped out with the comfort strap so I started using with the vlc tugger, but I don’t really feel a good stretch in my ligs. I could wear it all day if it wasn’t for the pinching of my skin which keeps the tugger on

For me I’m using the sizedoctor. From what I know unlike the Forte I cam see the head and have multiple pumps to get a better fit. Also the extender the way it’s made is more comfortable. The ring don’t close under it so my sack does get pulled up which is more comfortable. I have the vlc.and I know that it does begin to bother me after a while. To me hands down is the most comfortable. Yet I found this on ebay for around $260.but I will say a vac had on an extender will be more comfortable than the noose or strap.

Also one thing to think about work a vacuum head of your glans don’t touchy the show they will grow too. It could be me but from 2 weeks of use I think I cam see a difference in size of my glans

I have to say I am impressed with the device as well as tekgizmos customer service.

I am also using mine for left curve correction. Using an extra .2” rod on one side has left me short one to be able to add it this week. I emailed them yesterday morning and I had a response by noon that they were sending out extra rods for me gratis.
