I just comfortably put three golf weights on my shaft using self-adhesive wrap with a theraband around it just below the head, to keep them from falling off. Then I added a theraband BEHIND the weights to add extra stretching of the shaft.

So basically from base to tip is theraband, 3 golf weights, theraband - with my head sticking out of the end of all this.

My question is: this contraption keeps me modestly stretched to 7 inches; my normal bone-pressed flaccid stretched length is 8.25. Do you think this modest amount of stretch over long periods with give me length gains? I mean, not counting the weights, because I am sitting a lot of the day so the weights don’t hang down and pull.
I suspect this is a lot less pull on the shaft than one of those Penis Extenders.

I have had good results in flaccid hang just from theraband without any weights at all, and at a moderate ‘stretch’ level. Because PE is a lifelong hobby for me, I actually never measure at all! But the difference in flaccid is very obvious. I can’t tell you if it’s helped erect length as I would have to be doing nothing else for length apart from that to say it had contributed to length.

Using just theraband does not provide any pull from gravity, it just maintains stretch, so the traction on the tissues is constant whether sitting, standing etc. At a moderate to low level the tissue is able to adapt. I believe that to constantly have as much pull as a penis extender creates means that the penis is being constantly ‘worked’ and has no time for adaptation.

Foregoat - yes, that is the principle I am using. The last time I did it, I didn’t even put weights on - just three therabands, which keep me stretched to 7 inches. It is nothing like the amount of stretch from hanging a weight or pulling, just a very mild stretch. I am sure this would give me a better flaccid. But I don’t care much about that - I care about erect length, during sex. Seems to me it’s possible that if you DO do some hanging or manual stretching, then apply this, it would help the penis heal with more length. Even if the stretch is quite moderate.

I am stacking 3 theraP wrist-bands, base to bottom of head - with self-adhesive ace bandage underneath the one under the head to keep it from slipping off.

Who knows - maybe the magnets will do something too!

In my daily work I spend much time working with tendon and ligament problems; I see injuries that do not heal at all when the tissues are overused, but which heal/adapt quicker when being used within their comfortable range of movement than they do when immobilised. As the penis is primarily composed of connective tissue it stands to reason that it behaves in a similar manner.

My answer is yes, based on only seven days of primarily ADS work without any weights. I have already noticed a longer flaccid hang and, strangely, a fatter flaccid hang. I use MB’s vacu-hanger with the ADS strap. The vacuum head seems to be enlarging the head of my penis and I feel the pull at the base all day. When I complete my morning hang, I attach my Homedics wrist wrap at the base of my shaft and wear that for 3-4 hours at work. I do the same after my night time ADS work. Like firegoat, I rarely measure, but prefer to gauge things based on appearance. So far, I am very impressed with this approach.

I am always very curious about golf-weight hanging, I did lot of search, but never figure out how it is done. Can you make some drawing to show how it is attached? BTW, I cannot find TheraBand, so what’s the substitute for that.

It is undetectable under baggy jeans, baggy shorts, or sweat pants. I wear a a shirt, tie, and jacket to work and it would be visible under dress slacks, which tend to be tighter fitting. At work, I have been wearing my Homedics wrist wrap. That works fine. My bulge is a little larger than normal that way, but no problem, maybe even a good thing!

My experience with just a TheraP band wrap during an extended break from other forms of PE corroborates with your experiences. I gained in BPEL (+0.2 inch) and flaccid appearance was enhanced.

How does one get the golf weights to stay on without cutting off circulation, getting cold, numb, tingly?

If I don’t wrap, they fall off. If I do wrap, they interfere with circulation.

I wrap close to the glans with enough crepe bandage (1” wide) to produce a decent sized donut of material, then put a strip of theraband about 3/4” wide over it. The bandage isn’t tight enough to cut circulation, and without the theraband it would not be tight enough to stay in place. The theraband is also at fairly low tension; just enough to ‘clamp’ the bandage onto my penis.

It takes a while to get the theraband tension spot on every time; you can always put a string through the weights and around your belt or waist to catch the weights if they do come off!

Thanks bro. I’m trying a bandage myself right now. It’s an ace wrap that isn’t very tight. I wrapped, slid the weights over the wrap, then pushed the whole package down towards the glans. It seems to be staying in place pretty well for now. I’m re-checking for circulation about every 15 minutes.

Since this thread is getting replies, let me ask one more question. How long each day is it safe and acceptable to wear these? How long at a single time? Is there a minimum time that would be effective?

As long as you keep checking them and are getting no problems, it’s safe and acceptable to wear them for as long as you like, whether as a single time or taking them on and off during the day. Minimum time would vary according to the individual, amount of weight, activity level etc. there are too many variables to say.
