I roll the glans protector condom up with both hands
I push the inside centre of the rolled up condom disk onto the tip of my glans then gently unroll it to completely cover my glans.
I then dust it with talc and rub some over the shaft skin behind it.
I gently roll the attachment sleeve up (which has one side already fitted to the attachment bell brim) and stretch it so it rolls up over the brim of the attachment bell and stays there.
I set the green pump dial to “pump” mode, push my glans into the bell, the diameter matches my condom covered glans so I can usually create a vacuum that keeps the attachment in place.
I will do my best to pull my exposed shaft skin towards my penis base so the skin is taut and hold it like that with my left hand. With my right hand, I’ll gently unroll the outer sleeve until it snaps past the attachment bell brim on to my shaft skin, then continue rolling the sleeve toward my penis base until completely rolled out.
I’ll usually pump a few times until my glans completely fill the inside of the attachment bell and then lock the pump.
The attachment is now fitted correctly.
Sometimes the sleeve can trap some skin causing discomfort, in this case it is best to remove and refit.
To remove
Set the green pump dial to the right hand setting (arrows signifying fitment mode)
I pull the attachment away from my body very slowly and gently
I am uncut so the outer sleeve will grip my retracted foreskin and pull it over the glans protection condom until the sleeve is released from my penis.
I will have to retract my foreskin back and then grab two sides of the glans condom and roll it once, then pull it off my glans gently.
I hope that is clear.
I found the Phallosan glans condom to be a little narrow, so I use a blue one I bought off ebay.
Make sure you get the best fit with the right sized bell and sleeve, It should only require 2-4 pumps to get a strong vacuum.
Talc makes fitment and removal a lot easier. I stand above a waste paper bin as I dust, to collect any excess.
