Hi, not sure if I should be on this page but I’ve built a piet stretcher which is similar to pm but for the bit that wraps behind the glans I’ve used end of captains wench. It’s basically industrial velcro with 2 erasers on inside which go either side of penis, then I put the bolt (arms) either side and some more velcro over top. When I turn wingnut with washer on end it pushes velcro forward causing stretch. Can turn it to point where it feels like skin is going to slit it’s that effective and with strip of old sock as wrap it never slips. Only problem with it is that within an hour the glans go numb, not sure if it’s from wrap or erasers. Does anyone have any idea how I can get this too take longer before numbness? Also is this done best after jelqing? Thanks for any replies.

I can’t tell you how to fix the stretcher but you should take out your cock every 20 minutes or so and massage it and get the blood flowing again.

Piet designed a great stretcher but don’t use it if you get numb. There are so many options now. You can either make or buy a vacuum based stretcher, which has it’s own problems but numbness isn’t one of them, from what I have read.

No not really a lot of people can’t wear stretching devices for long periods of time without stopping to get the circulation going every 20 minutes or so. Hopefully he will be able to adjust something and get it to be less restrictive.

I’m sure twenty minutes without a break is not enough to get any positive result.

Basil, maybe you should look through the Review forum and find out about Monkeybar’s replacement head based on vacuum.

You just put it back on after you get the circulation going again you don’t keep it off for good. The break is not going to stop any results it’s just like hanging you have to stop every 20 minutes and get the blood flowing and than start again.

With all due respect, I disagree with you Dino. I won’t argue on this matter, but even the andrologists says that it’s much better to wear the extender for longer period with lower tension than for a less time, but with high tension. I firmly believe that prolonged exposure is a very important thing. And I wouldn’t compare a stretching devices with hanging.

After Having The Numbness, I Bought A Tube Of Lanacaine Max Strength. Rubbed It In Good And Was Able To Stretch Longer.

If you read the manual it clearly states that it should be worn up to 60-90 minute sessions with massaging before another session is continued as this helps with gains. Numbness is a given if you wear it more than it states. If you want to say fuck the massaging then I don’t know what to tell you… I guess taking the traction and rods way down, but that would be defeating the purpose I’d think.

I wear it for about an hour, maybe more, then take it off for ten minutes, after which it goes right back on for another hour or so.

When you get good with the PM you can take it off and put it on in seconds. It’s really not much of a hassle at all.

I would also suggest that you might be wearing with too much traction. Yes we want a good pull, but not so much of a pull that we get the turtle effect when we take it off. You should have a nice, plump, flaccid hang after wearing the PM in my opinion. I feel too much traction, especially too soon, can be counter-productive.

I am, however, looking forward to the suction attachments for the PM that (I think the company or guy is Monkeyboy?) are coming out. They sound great.

I hear you Bro and it’s cool to disagree:) but I have done both and they are very much alike and you need to get the blood going after a while. So at least from my knowledge base I could never go more than an hour with out a massage of the unit and from what I have read over the years on the forum most guys need to take off the stretcher now and than for blood flow reasons. If your looking a low tension stretch that you could leave on it’s more of an ADS like monkeybars I have kept that one on for up to 5 hours at a time.

I think the tension is causing the problem…
The more tension that is applied, the tighter the grip has to be to hold on to the penis.

I’ve made a simple device for myself that I can use for hours at a time or even overnight while I sleep. I fasten it about a 1/2” below my glans so that it bunches up some of the skin and tissue around my circ scar. That provides some padding against the glans. I don’t have to wrap it very tight since the tension is low, and thus it allows circulation to reach my glans.

Its very versatile. I can use it as a weight hanger to hold up to 12 lbs or more, or as an inverted stretcher that pulls up while I am standing or sitting.
In the inverted mode I use an elastic band around my neck to provide the tension and hook the hanger on to that.
