Optimal Penimaster Stretching Length
I have really been getting into using the Penimaster a lot now, one thing confuses me, nowhere can I find a solid piece of evidence on how many rods you REALLY should use to get optimal stretch,
I have heard some people say 0.5” more than flaccid length, some say 0-0.5” more than erect length, some say about 2cm below erect length, I really don’t know,
If I am 6” NBP Erect and 4” Flaccid what on earth would be best,
I guess the tension rods play a big part in all this but with me they don’t seem to start to actually show resistance until I am stretching at erect length
Any help from anyone who knows, or has gained from the Penimaster would be much appreciated
