Hello I am brand new to PE and am excited to get started. I already have a bathmate and am going to start with the penimaster pro. I just don’t know if I should get the belt version for ADS or the rod version. I’m leaning more towards the rod so I can wear it then be done. Or should I do both in addition to pumping?

It is recommended that if you are new to PE, to begin with manuals. This helps to acclimate both you and your cock to PE. If you insist on beginning with equipment, I would start with the extender and work on achieving your length goals first.
My personal experience is with rod type extenders. What type of glans attachment are you looking at, strap or vacuum?
Relative to pumping, I enjoyed my Bathmate, but ultimately found an air pump with a gauge to be best, as I can work with repeatable vacuum and have more flexibility, as it doesn’t require water.

I use LeLuv chambers and pumps, available on Amazon. I haven’t investigated other models, but other members might have some additional suggestions.
The learning curve is tricky with the PMP vacuum attachments. I had two significant blister events on the glans and went back to the good old strap.
If you go the vacuum direction, definitely take your time learning the system and acclimating the glans before playing around with higher tensions. It might take some time to find the right setup too; sluice size, chamber inlet reducers (if necessary), glans protection, etc.

Is there a book or thread or something that I can find solid pumping and extending routines? Or is it just searching around and reading different threads to learn?
I’m trying to go from 5.5 length to 7 is that realistic?
