Penis extender? ?

That discomfort behind the glans isn’t what I’m referring to - that is where your attachment device is digging in. With an extender the stretch itself should feel just slightly uncomfortable, but tolerable for long periods of time. Perhaps this is what you mean by a good stretch?

I get a minimum of two hours a day, a lot more when I have time, I do jelq very rarely, but I do it when I have time.. Do you think that is sufficient?

More than likely. Just try and build up your time over the weeks and months if you are able to.

Why not it is silly to assume that you have to take time off

That soreness is due to your attachment method. Have you tried the Velcro mod or vacuum hanging? Those are the methods people usually find the most comfortable.

I don’t think so. The velcro mod is something you make yourself, and the vac cap people usually use is made my Monkeybar, google “auto extender.”

I use one with a silicone comfort sleeve over a bit of cloth bandage wrapping. Works fine and a lot more comfortable than the noose.

I heard that if your morning wood isn’t as hard as usual that you should take time off the extender, but I haven’t got morning wood for years is this normal?
