Phallosan Plus & General Questions

Hi guys,

Since the Forte version of my phallosan was not offering too much tension and was worsening my curvature, I have decided to go for the classic stretching.
I really have some terrible feedback from the MaleEdge, which was more like a mouse trap, always pinching my foreskin.

Anyway, here I am, ordering the phallosan plus.
Is there any routine I should follow? Do you warm up before using stretchers, or any other thing to mention besides time under traction?

Also, how should I wear it? Do I have to keep it at 90° to the body, pointing forward, or can I lift it towards the belly or push it downwards to that it points down? I’ll be at home wearing it, but I’d like to be discrete.

I am specifically interested in whether I should start with a strong stretch ( max) or gentle one

Ok, now I’ve got the plus. It’s nice.
Some questions:

How do I adjust the tension? Without any set of bars it’s not exactly a stretch, and with a set of bars (1.5inches) it stays very tensed, I can literally feel the stretch.

Now I am asking, should I start with a mild force or should I start stretching for real?

2nd question. Should I wear it pointed down, or pointed up? Does it force the ligaments ?

I would like to also as a question to you. I have an above average girth (6.5) and really leaning towards this extender. Do you feel the large bulb would fit me? Or should I order an XL

I use the large most of the time, but go up to the XL after pumping. Get the XL. At 6.5 you may even have a squeeze getting into the XL.

I wonder if I will fit into the add in rods included in the plus+ kit.

Do you pump before? How long. With what pump?
I used to use the bathmate but I see some of these guys on here having really expensive and massive pumps. I’m new at this so excuse my ignorance.
