phallosan results poll

I’ve had my phallosan since July and it took a while to know how to wear it properly in a way that was effective. Probably wasn’t using it 100% correctly until late August. To start off I was 5.9” NBPEL and now I’m 6.4” NBPEL. But I was also doing manual stretches so I can’t say for sure how much phallosan contributed to the 1/2”.

One thing I can say about the phallosan is that you NEED to wear it at a high tension (always in the red zone) to see any real growth. The amount of tension generated in the green and yellow zone is not enough of a stretch at all. They only tell you to keep it in the green and yellow so that they don’t get sued by one person who happens to get an injury or wants to make a buck. Also, you NEED to wear it longer than other extenders unfortunately. The better comfort it provides and the ability to wear it in your sleep (the belt version) comes with the sacrifice of some tension, so while most extenders are good to be worn 5-7 hours per day only, I recommend phallosan be worn at least 8 upwards of 13 even. I personally found rod extenders a lot nicer to wear so I got a phallosan+ rod system which is very similar to the Penimaster Pro extender, the tension on the phallosan+ is much better than pulling with the belt around the waist, plus it pulls the penis in a perfectly straight line which is more reassuring that it’s straightening the curve I have.

So to answer the poll: I’ve been using it since September but I took 2 months off from PE so about 5 months of proper use. I didn’t log my hours every day but I would say approximately 700 hours total. Total length gain 0.5” exactly.

Didn't work for me

I’m in my late 30’s. About 2-3 years ago I tried to start PE by jelqing from the newbie program. That lasted for about 21 days when I noticed that it hurt my EQ which up to that time had never been a problem for me. I got scared, stopped jelqing (yes I was gentle) and bought the Phallosan. I’ve tried to use the Phallosan on 2 separate occasions over the last 2 years for about 2-3 months or so each. I’ve had 8 hr days, 9 hr days, and 10 hr days etc. If my memory serves me, I went over 1000 hrs of total use. I had a spreadsheet where I tracked my daily hrs and breaks. I’ve since deleted my spreadsheet in disgust and disappointment at Phallosan and PE.

Long story short, it didn’t work for me. It kept slipping off regardless of what I did and was generally painful. I’ve tried the device with the protection cap and without. I’ve tried more tension and suction to compensate and all I got was a sore pee hole. The tip has been sore for almost a year now when I ejaculate. Kind of like when you accidentally get soap in your junk and it burns when you pee. Though it has gotten better somewhat, I think there is permanent damage. I also had general soreness around the entire penis and the condom-like sleeve kept digging into the base of my penis and that would hurt a lot after wearing it for a while. I’ve even used the device over night and upon waking up with an erection the sleeve would be digging into my skin at the base of the shaft.

So my first serious attempt at PE & Phallosan resulted in a massive failure and hole in my bank account. If there were any results, I would say maybe I ‘gained’ less than a quarter of an inch in erection length which has since been lost. Not only that, unlike 98% people on this board I am legitimately small and could use the help: 4.5 inches erect NBP and about 4.3-4.6 meg.

I’m sorry I can’t be all up-beat and give a positive story of results but at least I’m sharing the truth.

I’m back on this board looking to see if there is a simple stretching routine that’s safe enough to at least give me a freaking permanent extra inch and get me to 5.5 inches NBPEL. I’m doubtful but hey, at least I’m here again and trying. I’ll probably have to leave things be with the girth, unfortunately, since I could already see trying jelqing again will make be completely impotent.

I did some research on this and I think a wrote about it on thundersplace. First look up the hardness range for latex condoms. Use that value range to find a rubberish sleeve on McMaster and Carr.

Also think of and observe why it is rolling off. 3m medical tape might help tape it down.

I don’t get it, why would we want to cause that much inflammation, if we are only interested in stretching? Why would we want to use 3KG?

But I have been wearing it without cap and I never felt pain on my tip, and I always pump as much as my glans let me, but never felt pain in my peehole.

Have you tried any home remedies for healing it?

Phallosan results - first time using extenders

Phallosan Forte and Forte + combination - I didn’t keep track of which I used at any given time. I track the time with the Phallosan app. As others have mentioned, without the cap I would be very raw have a small amount of pee in the cup.
I have left leaning Peyronies and this is my first experience with stretchers / extenders.

I work from home so I’m able to do the time sitting at my desk and going for walks on some useless conference calls. I would not want to use this while sleeping.

I read many positive reviews and especially no criticism in terms of comfort, while to me, the original ring, used with belt and vacuum cap of other retailers, causes pain in the shaft after 5 or 6 hours, also, pulling properly it lose circular shape, while doesn’t happen on videos and pictures on the site. So I ask if, maybe more than me enduring discomfort, someone finds these effects and if, in your opinion, the “secret” of Phallosan (and of all extender/ADS), lies in the grip of the ring or in the particular cap. Also I’d like to know if for the effectiveness of traction, vacuum pressure must be high or the important thing is simply to reach the maximum elongation.

1: How long you have been using it (months)
9-12

2: How many hours a day you use it
1-2 mostly. I could do up to 4 hours. Discomfort and the risk of blisters went up too much after four hours a day even after weeks of acclimation.

3: How much you are gaining a month (length and girth)
My gains were totally irregular with the bulk being 0.5” BPEL occurring over 4-6 weeks probably starting around month two of my total time using it. I don’t think I managed more than three months of continuous PE continuous by any method. Although my records are incomplete, I think the 0.5” gain was mostly from the Phallosan Forte. I’ve never been able to have any gain using the PF alone since. Before and after that growth spurt, I gained another combined 0.125-0.5” BPEL (I lost my starting measurements to be sure) using the PF, extender, pump, jelqs, squeezes, and stretches. My penis had a downward curve before the PF and I wonder whether the PF’s straightening is the source of the gain in such a short time. The PF did not straighten the slight leftward curve at the base.

1. Started 1 month ago (241 hours so far with 6 days off after minor blood blister on my glans)
2. Usually 12 hours per day
3. N/A yet (I don’t want to measure until 1000 hours of extending)

I’ve had my Phallosan Forte since 2018 but when I first tried it, I kept getting blisters so gave up after only a few weeks.
I always intended to try again so I finally started a month ago. I was slowly gaining in girth from hydropumping once per week but I wasn’t doing anything to target length so I’m hoping my cock reacts to the tension like a PE newbie.
I extend during 6 days per week, I continue my weekly hydropumping session too, after which I do at least 30 minutes of edging and erect kegelling to expand my erection beyond 100%.
I’m trying to avoid any intense, external mechanical stretches (like manual stretches, jelqs etc) which might condition my cock too quickly.

Judging from what I see, I might have gained a millimetre or two so far but growth doesn’t look significant yet, I’m hoping to gain an inch (EL) in 6 months, any more would be a bonus. It’s encouraging to see some success stories here.

Those are outstanding gains, + 1” x 0.5” in less than 2 months, I’ve been at it for twice as many hours, I doubt I’ve anywhere near half your gains.
