I’ve had my phallosan since July and it took a while to know how to wear it properly in a way that was effective. Probably wasn’t using it 100% correctly until late August. To start off I was 5.9” NBPEL and now I’m 6.4” NBPEL. But I was also doing manual stretches so I can’t say for sure how much phallosan contributed to the 1/2”.
One thing I can say about the phallosan is that you NEED to wear it at a high tension (always in the red zone) to see any real growth. The amount of tension generated in the green and yellow zone is not enough of a stretch at all. They only tell you to keep it in the green and yellow so that they don’t get sued by one person who happens to get an injury or wants to make a buck. Also, you NEED to wear it longer than other extenders unfortunately. The better comfort it provides and the ability to wear it in your sleep (the belt version) comes with the sacrifice of some tension, so while most extenders are good to be worn 5-7 hours per day only, I recommend phallosan be worn at least 8 upwards of 13 even. I personally found rod extenders a lot nicer to wear so I got a phallosan+ rod system which is very similar to the Penimaster Pro extender, the tension on the phallosan+ is much better than pulling with the belt around the waist, plus it pulls the penis in a perfectly straight line which is more reassuring that it’s straightening the curve I have.
So to answer the poll: I’ve been using it since September but I took 2 months off from PE so about 5 months of proper use. I didn’t log my hours every day but I would say approximately 700 hours total. Total length gain 0.5” exactly.
