I have found several websites talking about phallosan results, is not dificult to find people talking about no results with it. also i would like to begin this poll.

1: How long you have been using it (months)

2: How many hours a day you use it

3: How much you are gaining a month (lenght and girth)

1. Six months

2. Started at 6/day, now 10/day; average 8-9 hours/day

3. Overall EL gain 0.75” over 6 months. Which I guess makes it 0.125” per month. No girth gain to report, except for a very small increase in BEG.

I also has good luck with the Phallosan. I think I may have posted about it before, so you can check my thread history.

I wore it for a minimum of 8 hours of day, but very often logged 11 or 12 hours/day, for approximately 5 days a week for 6 months.

In that time, I went from 6 inches to 6.7 inches, so similar to HomeinTime.

I have to check my logs (I always wrote down how many hours I used the device and on which days), but I think I went approximately for 8 or 9 months straight using the Phallosan. After the 6 month mark though, I didn’t notice anymore anymore gains, so I took a break when I reached approximately the month mark.

I took a long break of several months, and then went back to wearing the Phallosan again for approximately 3 or 4 months, but still didn’t get any gains, so I’m not using it at the moment.

I know it hasn’t worked for everyone, but it definitely worked for me, and it’s great for people who don’t have the time or privacy for manual stretches or hanging/extending, etc.

The only downside are the silicone caps that I think are quite expensive. Otherwise, I definitely recommend it!

I’m presently using it for about 6 to 12 hours a day. I might have a half centimeter gain. But I also pump, hang, clamp, jelq. My girth is large so I suspect it will take a long time to reach my goal. I’m about 4 months in and hope to get at least half an inch a year.

Goal is 21 cm BPEL, 20 cm EL, 15 cm head girth.

I was interested in YaWhat25’s comment about steady phallosan gains up to six months, but none thereafter. I’m at six months exactly, and I’m seeing signs of a “six-month wall” as well:

1. Slower gain in month five;
2. Flaccid penis feels denser and stronger, and seems more conditioned to the exercise it’s getting; and
3. Because of #2, tension needed to achieve a still-within-comfort strong pull has increased from high-green to yellow.

But even at higher tension, I’m not sure how much more cell division can happen with this method. Not that I’m unhappy. Like YaWhat25, I didn’t have the space/privacy for a 30-minute workout, which made an ADS a good choice. Also, I was already girthy (although not as wide as crazyant83, who is freakin large), so the lack of girth-gain potential wasn’t an issue. I was just going for length.

I went from 6.4” to 7.2” BPEL and stayed at 5.8” MEG (BEG grew a little to 6.3”).

Even if six months is the end of the line for the device, I’m happy with the outcome. My wife doesn’t mind either. We’re 50+ and not as active as before, but during a rare encounter recently, we bottomed out for the first time—and she said it felt good to have me bumping up against the “end of the world.” I love her existential sense of humor.

Anyway, I’m hopelessly vain and would like to gain a bit more. Why exactly? Wish I knew for sure. Take mid-life melancholia; add some quarantine boredom; stir.

I wonder what six months in a stretcher does to potential gains using other methods in the future. Is my tunica so thoroughly stretched/conditioned to the point where no other method—I’m thinking of the Newbie Routine and other stretches suggested on this site, if I can carve out the private space/time from family and work—could possibly work to achieve gains? I’m not sure how many guys have tried to do it this way, so it’s hard to guess a likelihood of success.

I wore mine for a couple of months, saw some slight quick gains and the misses noted that it felt longer, flaccid hang was great too.

I stopped wearing it though and lost the gains… You’ve really gotta put the hours in IMO with an ADS to gain and it’s just not something I could sustain, unfortunately.


Start - 6.3 x 5.0 | Then - 6.9 x 5.3 | Now - 7.2 x 5.5

Short term goal - 7.5 x 5.5... The dream Goal 8.5 x 6.3

You can hang weights with the phallosan. I hang up to 11lbs for 15 min to one hour with out a break. The idea is that the additional fatigue will help with growth. Use the phallosan as an ADS after intense workouts to heal in an extended state. I made a slip knot with a nylon lace and loop that on the cup. I remove the tension clip first as that con only support about 7 lbs. I also made different belts so I can wear the phallosan down my leg. I’m making one where I can wear it straight up to. With adequate tape and cushion I can wear this for 12 hours comfortably, even while sleeping. I only have to stop to pee.

I too have a modified Phallosan that I use for all day stretching. Considering I’m working from home now what I have is a hook under my desk, and hanging off that I have weights. It’s at somewhere slightly above a Straight Down angle because I’m seated, and stretching it any lower means hitting the seat: not fun!

I’d say I’m using it maybe 5-6 hours a day and hanging somewhere around 7.5 lbs most of that time, with an IR heating pad wrapped and running as much as possible been at it about a month. I find my dick very quickly acclimates to the weight as I started it at 2.5lbs a month ago. Occasionally when I’m not at my desk I’ll stretch BTC or under my leg using straps.

Gains so far are not noticeable when erect, I think much of this is due to my leftward curve acting as a limiter. Flaccid gains are another story, I didn’t really measure at the start because I didn’t really care, but my flaccid hang must be near an inch longer than it was. I was always a grower so maybe this is to be expected.

Yes, I’m sure you saw this as well, but even in the Phallosan study that was done, the study was only carried out for 6 months. I thought it was interesting that they limited it to 6 months, but that still made me wonder why you couldn’t go on wearing it for longer. Just made me think that maybe they somehow knew most people stop growing at the 6th month mark with Phallosan? Idk. I’m sure somebody out there though has continued to grow beyond 6 months. Maybe that just requires a long decon break, I’m not sure. I’m sure I’ll try again in the future at some point with Phallosan.

Hi guys, all your asnwer are wellcome, and i have a question, hoy do you avoid your glans become white? if i use phallosan for more than 1 hours my glans begin to feel rare, and it begin to become white colour, perhaps i need to apply less presure in succion cup?

You can use less pressure in the suction cup (1-3 pumps) as long as you are secure. Personally I tape my glans and use finger protectors and use max pressure. I don’t go raw in to the vacuum cup or or I’ll turn pale white, have peeling skin, blisters, pee in every direction… even at low pressure. Also, the tension will increase the pressure inside the cup as you penis pulls in the opposite direction.

I sometimes get the white-glans effect too. I don’t think it’s a major problem, more of a side-effect of pressure in a certain way for hours.

Three things that help me: 1) when putting the protector cap on, make sure you’ve centered it so it covers symmetrically; 2) once it’s on, pull any foreskin out from under the cap evenly; 3) before applying the bell/sleeve, coat the protector cap (or inside of bell) with baby powder. That helps the glans slide evenly into the bell without getting snagged on one side or going in crooked.

Do you have a picture by chance of how you’ve rigged up your Phallosan to be a hanger? I would really love to try that out. I’m just having a bit of difficulty picturing exactly how you set it up. That is a really good idea- wish I had thought of using my Phallosan as a hanger sooner!

I started PE with the PF for about 10 months and 1,700 hrs.
Had worked up to 12-14 hrs a day but that resulted in some EQ issues. Backed down to 8+ hrs and a couple of rest days and EQ bounced back.

Gained zero point zero the first three plus months but ended up gaining a bit over an 1” from the PF.


First redneck to say the phrase, “hold my beer while I go and microwave my unit for a bit”
