Yes, it could help you to gain further IMHO. What’s your clamping routine like?
I starter with newbie routine in 2007 with Only strech and jelq. I started with 17 NBP and 14 basic.
After 6 months of newbie routine I earned 1,7 and 1,5 arriving at 18,7 NPB and 15,5 basic.
My gain with newbie stopped After 4 months
Than I stopped PE for 14 years and I never Lost cm. I starter again with newbie and I earned 0 cm. I changed my routine in the last dicember with an hard routine and I earned other. In 2 months I earned other 1,3 and 1,5 arriving at 20 NBP and 17 basic. In the middle and in the head I’ m 15,5. With This manual routine ( 1 h of manual traction, 40 Min jelq and Two sessions of 20 min hard clamping) I didn’t earned other After the first 2 months.
Now I’m 20 NBP and 17/15,5/15,5.
I started now With extensor and I Hope to continue to gain. I don’t know if Is good extensor and plump or extensor and CLAMP. And I don’t know how Much hours of extender in a day are good to gain and of extender Is the best solution when a men never gain with manual.
