rethinking extender

I am currently rethinking my extender. For start my setup is a vlc tugger that I use to attach to my extender. I also use it for hanging which works great. But when in the extender I can go under medium traction just fine. But the problem is I can grab the extender and pull it out further so I’m not pulling 100% on the tunica. I am trying to restore. Has anyone came across this before or do you think I need to mod my extender to allow more skin to come through?

Really? No one has any experience in this.

I thought the TLC Tugger was for foreskin restoration, and the VLC actually prevented this by being airtight and creating a vacuum.

Okay let me make a correction. I am trying to restore as well.i do have both the tlc and the vlc. What I think I am noticing is that I run out of skin before any stress is being put on the tunica.so I guess what I am doing is adding more shaft skin then be putting more stress on the tunica.

I got you. I’m not too familiar with how the VLC works, but it seems like it would need to be sucked right onto the glans to get the best tunica pull.

You have the right principal. When I hang with it I can feel my lig being stretched so it does work. I hang 5lbs. My time is an hour. Foreskin is sore at the end though. Eventually I’m gonna increase to 7.5lbs. But slowly add the weight in one set at a time. I think my extender is hitting the skin on my tests and causing it to pull on the skin more. It don’t have the same feeling that hanging does.
