what is the best ADS

I am wondering what everyone uses for an ADS? I have been using the vel-wrap that peforeal suggested. what about everyone else?

I use 8 golf weights for my ADS.

Are there any alternatives to golf weights? I have too large a girth to get them on.

Dustpan- How do you keep the weights on?

I use a under wrap with the Golf swing weights. What I do is put that on first then the golf weights, after they are on I pull the under wrap out so it is over the gland. Then I take the wrap and stretch it over the last ring and this helps keep the weights on. I have worn the weights for a period of 8 hours at a time.

What’s the weight of your golf weights altogether?

I prefer vacuextender head, bungee cord and an ankle strap. Has not let me down yet. I used to use the large size of the PE weights. But soon realized that the would just pull, tug and stretch my skin. I used baby power, all kins of wraps to no avail. It could have been because my flaccid girth is close to my errect girth. Who knows. I do think both product are both well designed and that you would be happy with either as long as your girth is under 5.5 flaccid for the rings.

joe- how long have you been using the vac extender? have you seen a difference from then to now? Why the extender head? why not the vac hanger? sorry for all the questions, but I know I need to use an ads, and I am tring to decide.

I use a shortened Thera-P wrap and wear a pair of briefs, with Mr. Johnson tucked under.

I shortened the wrap to about 60% of its length to reduce its bulk so I can wear this under slacks.

I have been using it for roughly 6 months. Yes I have seen a difference but i cant contribute it to just the ADS as I do hang and clamps (see this thread for details: Joe_Smith what he uses to gain! )

I use the Vacuextender head for stealth reasons. It is pretty easy to conceal. I don’t own the vacuhanger so thats why i don’t use that one. I use the Max-Vac.

So I am looking at this Vacuextender thing for myself. I have never used any ADS - I only used traction wrap back in the day after hanging.

What I’d really like to see is a definitive thread on ADS with options and all that included. That would be a kicker. I just haven’t found such a thread using advanced search features. If anyone knows of such a thread, I would really appreciate it if they could post up a link or two.

You can use baseball weights for a bat if your girth is to big!

I’ve worn the Static Stretcher for 16 hours straight before, if that says anything.
