Well it’s nearly three months of hanging and no gains. I know it’s early on in the piece but I wanted to post this in case someone maybe able to provide some critique on my routine that will help me along;
I hang 6 days on 1 off
I hang 80minutes per session, 30, 25, 25 minute sets.
I jelq lightly after a session for 10-15 mins.
I hang BTC religiously
Base thickening has increased, but I believe this is swelling of the ligs as after a day’s rest it subsides. I guess what I am looking for is some advice on whether I should try some different angles or positions or lengthen my sets, any advice would be welcomed.
