Well it’s nearly three months of hanging and no gains. I know it’s early on in the piece but I wanted to post this in case someone maybe able to provide some critique on my routine that will help me along;

I hang 6 days on 1 off
I hang 80minutes per session, 30, 25, 25 minute sets.
I jelq lightly after a session for 10-15 mins.
I hang BTC religiously

Base thickening has increased, but I believe this is swelling of the ligs as after a day’s rest it subsides. I guess what I am looking for is some advice on whether I should try some different angles or positions or lengthen my sets, any advice would be welcomed.

I am a little hazy on the meaning of LOT, is it the amount of retraction your dick has when you kegel at different angles?

why would you continue to hang for months with no gains with out changing up something?

You probably shouldn’t be focusing on the ligs and have a low LOT. You really need to read that LOT article, and determine your LOT. Start with that, then you/others can determine the best angles for you to attack.

well that was my plan, to stick it out for 3 months and see what happens. I guess it’s time for a change. I will determine my LOT tonight.

Ok, my LOT seems to be around 7 to 8 o’clock, started to get minimal tugback at about 9 o’clock, and none by 7 o’clock. Does this mean I should concentrate more on the tunica, perhaps hanging over the shoulder?

OK, that is a little more information. First, I could not find how much weight you had been hanging BTC, and whether you ever had to reduce the weight because of fatigue.

On the surface, I would say you need to stress the upper angles, OTS to SO, and OTL. Then also, you might want to try fulcrum hangng. Further, you need to keep your sets to 20 minutes or less. Work up to hanging the amount of weight that will give you fatigue within a couple sets, and that will force you to have to reduce weight during a session. It may take a while to work up to that level of stress.

thanks always nice know people will offer some advice when it’s needed.

BTC max weight is 9 pounds and I have just strated hanging that weight very recently.

I hang the above amount for 40% of the session then I drop down 1/2 a pound. I work up to that steadily at the start of session.

OTS = over the shoulder, SO = ????, OTL = over the leg.

Bib you say upper angles, please clarify.

Will a combination of OTS, SO, OTL, BTC hanging be more succesful in gaining rather than simply one method.

I still like to think that the ligs will provide some gains and would like to keep trying, perhaps I can try a 70/30 or 60/40 split between tunica and BTC hanging.

Either way you aregoing to have to focus on the tunica some time or another, even if your ligs have a little bit of gain left in the right now.

Why not get it out of the way now? Besides I would hate to see you focus on the ligs again for another three months and get the samething.

Focus on your tunica with the higher angles, then after you have lengthened it go back to your ligs.

I think you make some good points, might as well change what have I got to lose right?

SO hanging, you mean for example lying down on your bed with the weights tied to a rope hanging off the bed? i.e horizontal hanging???

I tried OTS last night, are you guys positioning the hanger closer and tighter around the base or slightly behind the head? I found last night that my glans were coming under quite some pressure so I figured I would have lower the hanger down closer to the base.

I have tied my weights to some old shoe laces and flung them over my shoulders, is this the right way?
