after looking for a weight hanging post online i decided to make one myself. go to home depot or similar hardware store , purchase a 4 or 6 inch (depending on how many plates you wish to hang)pre cut pvc 3/4in. which is threaded on both sides, also a 3/4 in.(hole size)galvanized flange, a 3/4in. pvc cap and a screw eyelet . screw these together and screw the eyelet into the cap . this fits regular weights(not olympic)

the base is the flange which screws onto the pvc post which you place free weights on which you screw the cap on which you screw the eyelet on which you hang on your hanger eyelet which you hang on your penis which hangs from your abdomen region .
I guess what I don’t know is, among other things, how is this hanger attached to your cock so that it can withstand the hanging weight?

gprent - He’s offering a way to stack plates at the end of a rope or directly on the “S” hook of the Bib hanger. He’s not talking about the hanger itself.

I just tie a string (actually loop it) through the center of the plate and tied a couple of knots at the other end where I stick the S-hook through. Is there something wrong with this approach?
