Hey guys this is my first post, I have been jelqing and stretching for a couple months now with some noticeable gains. I wanted to get into hanging so instead of blowing $100+ on a device I’m using a wrist weight that actually holds on pretty well. It’s 2.5 pounds and I plan on using it for 40min a day followed by jelqs. Does all this sound good? Also do you guys have ne tips?

Wrist weight? Got a Link? Pic?

If its 2.5lbs, its a solid weight for ADS usage, so if it doesnt cut circulation, you can wear it all day.

If you dont want to “blow” $100 on a hanger, make your own for a few bucks. Check the hanging forum for more info.

I think it might cut off circulation because after 40min the head of my penis was a little on the dark side.

Try wrapping it a little looser….I may pick one of those up myself…

2.5lbs (in my opinion) isnt enough for gains unless you can manage ADS wear.

Actual hanging needs to start at 5lbs for gains. Some guys will say start at 2.5lbs and work upto 5lbs, but 40mins of 2.5lbs hanging a day, is not a substitute for “actual” hanging. (again, in my opinion)

I’ve never thought about using those wrists weights in PE exercises, but now that you mention it, it may end up being a good idea.
