6 Month and 1 Year Gains?

After 1” of manual/ADS gains (which occurred in 4 months) I began hanging. In the first 6 months I gained 0.625”. The next 6 months yielded an additional 0.375”.

Basically I hang BTC with whatever I can manage for 20 minutes. The cycle tends to be I can hang 20-22.5 pounds in the first few sets and by the end hang 15-17. As I continue hanging this often (6 20 minute sets a day), I become more fatigued and lighten the load to keep everything fatigued. Often 12 pounds is enough. Then one day, It is strange as I need to up the weight again to reach fatigue.

Ok, it’s a regular hanging routine then. I thought by your previous post that you were doing something different. I also made my gains in a similar fashion, by riding fatigue with multiple daily sets.

No, but then I haven’t performed my regular routine since then either. I had to stop hanging for gains in Oct. and focus on stretching skin. Then, when I had sufficient skin to resume hanging I had a job change and couldn’t find the time to hang regularly.

I am just starting up again after about a month of no PE. How about you?

Hello, I want to know if anyone started out small (like 5-6” BPEL) and how much they gained and what device they used? Thanks.

I’ve been sneaking my hanging sets in at work. Just using a captains wench for now. Started at 5lb, now up to 10 in a few months. Problem is I often only can get a 10 minute set in and have to go do something. Often times I can do 20 minutes back to back. Will this division of sets really hinder gains?

Also for me to hang at work I have to sit in my chair and hang it out my fly in my pants. Will the bend it takes at the fly be an issue? In other words I’m hanging straight down but it has to exit my zipper fly first then go down. I think you get the picture. I’ve stay away from any clamping or cock rings for the past few months as I work on hanging. Will I loose girth? I’ve read before people gain girth from hanging. Any truth other than base girth from internal penis?

I am hanging 25 lbs first set and 30 to 32.5 lbs second set. And only when I see a loss from inactivity. That much weight is only maintenance, and I don’t really believe there is any more to “pull out” after three years, but it does keep it stretched out, along with ADS with a 2 1/2 lb weight. The girth is a matter of continuous maintenance, but no more gains. To me, it is like running. I get the same results only in less time than walking. If you don’t shock your system, it is not likely to matter end result what weights you use. Just build up intelligently.
