Hey BIB remember me? anyways I’m back and hanging full time, finally have enough privacy and time.

How’s the operation going? You haven’t gone public yet? Ha

Anyways here are my questions….

I hang 5 times a week am and pm giving me about 3-4 hrs “total hang time” per day. Rest on weekend. sometimes hang Sunday nite.

I started at 1.25 lbs, am now at 3.75 lbs, going up in 1.25 lb increments. I hang BTC. Yes it stings and burns like a bitch but I am getting used to it. BTC is definitely giving me a good skin stretch but I want to make sure I get a good lig stretch as this is essential for growth.

1.)How do you know when you are hitting the legs, esp when in the BTC position, which seems to stretch alot of base skin? I have yet to hit my max yet….will I not feel it the ligs until I do hit my max? I want that “fatigued” state in my ligs so I know they are getting stressed.

2.)My top base skin is a little red and tender, i assume this is normal? and I will get used to it as skin becomes more pliable?

I did the skin stretch test and I can’t grab any skin at all, meaning it is getting stretched heavily…

By the way the hanger is very comfortable when hanging and that wrap diagram you had on here really helped out. Big thumbs up on that.

But like I said earlier I want to make sure I’m grabbing the ligs and working them.

At first after each set it would look longer and fuller now its getting that retracted compressed look, so I think something is happening, but not getting sore besides skin….

3.)Does skin stretch preclude lig stretch? Am I jumping the gun?…or should I just expect it to come when I hit my max?

Also, at first after a set my dick would be very cold, but after adjustments (made bottom gap wider)I assumed It was too tight.

4.)Still, sometimes after a set it will be a little cold in the shaft (my head always seems a little colder than the shaft even when not hanging) Is this cold normal?

Also, a tip to others, I always re-warmup between sets. This is working out good. I use a warm cup of water. Very therapeutic.

Well, it sucks. But with my son making the hangers, it is a lot better.

Well, hitting your max will not have a lot to do with increasing the stress to the ligs, as long as the skin is your limiting factor. Especially BTC, the skin will take most of the weight, no matter what it is, until it is stretched out enough to allow the ligs to take some. Of course, you do not have to only hang BTC. At some point, you will be able to stress the tunica, and to a certain degree the ligs hanging straight out.

Yes, it is normal. You will get used to it when it has stretched out enough to not be taking the stress. Of course, as your inner penis grows, you will have to stretch more skin. And on and on. Also, you can vary the placement of the hanger to stress skin or inner penis.

Right, if you have really tight skin, it might take a while, but it will happen. You will probably not see any great erect length gains until the skin is stretched, but just realize you are making progress and stick with it.

Yes, you have to stretch the skin before the ligs take the stress, at least in the BTC position.

Top gap should always be LESS than the bottom gap. Also, if you are still getting cold, make sure the wrap is not too tight.

As long as your sets are twenty minutes or less, a little cold is ok. Just keep an eye on it.

Hey I was about to get jealous that Bib didn’t jump in on my thread and answer my questions but you asked just about all the same questions and it looks like our first hangin exp. have gone about the same. Nice burning up top!! YUm….

Just started yesterday. I am trying to get the hang of it. I “think” it is right. It has a good burn on the top (I am hanging while sitting straight up in a chair). The btc really stretches the skin.

Right now I am using just a cut up tee shirt for a wrap, I will experiment as soon as I find some latex stuff to use.

I do not know how to tell if the ligaments are stretching or is it just skin?

I have been jelquing for about 6 months and there is considerable skin but what do you think. Is there a different feel when it is actually stretching the ligaments?

I have noticed some girth improvements since I started Jelquing but no lenght. Is it correct that the hanging does the length and the jelquing does the girth.

any help you can give would be great.

My plan is to hang for two reps around 15 minutes with 5 lbs per day and then jelq for 30 minutes. I don’t have bunch of time for this fun.

I experimented the other day with a one pound weight that I made and wore it at work for about an hour. Is this any good or am I wasting my time.
