ADS = hanging ?

ADS = hanging ?

What is your feeling, does the same amount of ADS equivalent to the same amount of hanging? I mean, with the ADS stretcher you can create an equal pull as when using weights. Or are there some other aspects that I ignore?

It’s very difficult to create the same intensity of traction using an ADS as you can with hanging, however you can achieve a similar state of fatigue. The idea behind the ADS is low/medium traction over a longer period of time - time does the work, not the intensity of the traction. So far the results are encouraging, especially as an adjunct to hanging. The effects of using an ADS as a stand-alone PE routine are not know - we’re still researching that one. In theory it should work, but we’ll see! ;)

What is the difference in traction between ADS and hanging? The difference (accordingly to me) is that ADS uses the pelvix bone to create the force while hanging is hanging. English is not my first language, maybe I don´t understand your interpretation of traction.

Traction is simply a sustained pull or force. The main difference between hanging and using an ADS is that with hanging you use a greater force for shorter periods and with an ADS you use a lighter force for longer periods.

The version of ADS that P9 and I are working with at present uses the Modified Bib which anchors on the penis and attatches to the leg with an elastic tension strap - you can find all the details and links in this thread -

This version of ADS does not make use of the pubic bone, however there are other ADS devices which do - the JesExtender, for example. I would not recommend this device as it anchors the penis with a loop attached just behind the glans. This puts a lot of pressure on important and delicate nerves which are located in this part of the penis so it can be dangerous.

I´m stubborn. Wouldn´t it be possible to put a heavy force on the dick using the ADS for 20 minutes (like hanging)? The important thing is that you make use of the pubic bone and distributes the force over a greater area.

Yes, you can put a heavy force on the penis for 20 mins with the ADS if you like. But why bother when it’s much easier, and a lot more comforable, just to hang. The idea behind the ADS we are using is that it’s something that you can wear for long periods while you go about your business - it’s not really a substitute for a hanger - time does the work rather than heavy weights. If you start using an ADS with heavy force you will find that it severely restricts your movement - even walking only a few steps can be a real challenge - it’s certainly not an option if you wanted to go about your daily business. It may be different for you but please approach it with great caution.

With your other point, my experience has been that it’s best to concentrate the force and target specific areas. Distributing force over a greater area would seem to be not making the best use of it. Check the thread that Thunder posted - it has lots of great research about some of the issues you’ve raised including anchoring a device on the pubic bone.

I was thinking of maybe… ok, this might sound like Deranged Scientist shit, however… ;)

What if you rigged your ADS into a knee-brace? You know, the cloth ones meant to be worn for sports.

That way, as you walked, the knee bend would give you brief spurts of increased tug, along with the usual sustained tension?

Yes, you could do that and it would work just as well. They are a bit more expensive and you’d have to work out a way to adjust the tension. At the moment I use a cut-down belt strapped just above the knee (P9’s is below the knee) to anchor the Theraband traction strip. It works well, most of the time, and it gives you a good tug when you walk - really gives the ligs a workout!

"Thera +Thera also= ADS"

Another variation is to wrap with cotton cloth (if you like) then ordinary wrap with thera, until until say 75% of the thera length is used up, then wrap in one end of another piece of thera parallel with the dick, do a couple of wraps with the first thera, then put in the other end of the second piece of thera and finish wrapping.

The second piece of thera is then firmly anchored and can be used to tension the dick to whatever your chemically altered (or not) brain can think up around your—- leg —— neck——waist???? etc.

This method gives a much less obvious bulge down the leg.
