Advice about hanging position
Hello guys, it got to my attention lately that when I hang straight down instead of BTC sitting I get fatigue way faster. So my question is this!! Should I do only straight down since it makes me fatigue with lower weight and skip the BTC? I do more weight and I don’t get fatigued with BTC even after 3 heavy sets. I just dunno if I’m wasting time with it and should focus only on the straight down. Thanks in advance!
