3-4 hours a day??
Wow.How do you find the time?

Its only 6 x 20 minute sets. I’d do it while I’m surfing, while I’m watching TV… just about anytime where I’m sitting still. Helps when you dont have a full house, there would be no way if I did. I’ve actually cut down to 3 x 20 minute sets. I’ve hit my goal, just making sure my gains are cemented. I hadn’t updated my signature in a about 6 months.

2009: 5.8 BPEL 5.0 EG Before hanging.

2011: 7.7 BPEL 5.4 EG Hanging 1 to 2 hours a day with Bib starter (padded).

Goal : Length goal hit, cementing now. working on 6.0 EG now.

After disregarding the basic bib hanging instructions on my first month of hanging.I now abibe by them.start with 3-5 lbs and working on being able to handle 12 sets per day - Then add 1 or 2 lbs a week. I don’t think I have time for 12 sets though so.I’ll have to adjust this somehow.

That’s a lot of weight BTC? How is your erection level? Just curious

I have been hanging nearly 4 months now (up to 15lb for starting weight decreasing with fatigue) and have made no apparent gains, I do 3x20min sets in the morning and 3x20min evening, is this enough sets?

I am definitely what you call a hard gainer as I started PE over a year ago jelqing for 45-60 mins and manual stretching for 20 mins a day for 8 months, no apparent gains there either.

Hi, what position were you hanging and up to what weight?

Hi, hope you are still around? Have you made any gains so far with hanging?

Also very curious what’s become of your PE journey since this last post..

I checked his profile and this was the last thing he posted on here /:

I hope he was able to see some results. I’m in a similar boat and almost one year exactly and so far no gains to show for it and two weeks ago a bad injury from something that doesn’t even make sense.. I now might have a crater in my shaft or at best, a 1 x 1 scar that I’m dreading doesn’t affect my erections or hinder gains even more ):

No gains

This OP was made many years ago. The term “hard gainer” is used to describe his experience. I’ve got bad news …. EVERYONE is a hard gainer with the exception of a very small percentage of men who have a thin / weak suspensory ligament.

A couple observations regarding his experience.
#1 - He’s using too much weight for the short amount of time (4 months) he’s been weight hanging. Many guys have talked about strengthening their penis and this is exactly what he’s doing by using too much weight withing such a short time span of training.

#2 - He’s using a compression clamp. Which cuts off blood flow, and prohibits the entire shaft length from experiencing a full stretch. How can you stretch something that is confined to a space that’s being clamped? I’m just a simple man who uses logic. If you took a length of rubber and put the majority of it in a vice, how effective could you stretch the entire length?

#3 - The main reason he hasn’t made any gains is because of the trauma he’s experiencing from #1 and #2
The “no pain - no gain” adage doesn’t apply when it comes to effective PE training.

Awesome work hope you make the 9 bench mark!!!!

Start 6 1/2 L - 4 3/4 G

Now 7 15/16 L - 5 3/8G

Goal 8.0 L - 6.0 G

1. Agree
2. Don’t agree, I love my LG and really love it for the ease of fulcrum hanging with it but I hang with a bib (hardcore) too and I’m always more stretched out with the bib. Yes there’s a place of the shaft being gripped that’s not getting stretched but behind and in front of the hanger the shaft is. The weight pushing the shoulders is stretching the shaft, the base of the shaft behind the hanger is being stretched. So if using your logic if you put a piece of rubber in a vice and pulled from both ends would it not be effective?
3. Agree kind of.
