This OP was made many years ago. The term “hard gainer” is used to describe his experience. I’ve got bad news …. EVERYONE is a hard gainer with the exception of a very small percentage of men who have a thin / weak suspensory ligament.
A couple observations regarding his experience.
#1 - He’s using too much weight for the short amount of time (4 months) he’s been weight hanging. Many guys have talked about strengthening their penis and this is exactly what he’s doing by using too much weight withing such a short time span of training.
#2 - He’s using a compression clamp. Which cuts off blood flow, and prohibits the entire shaft length from experiencing a full stretch. How can you stretch something that is confined to a space that’s being clamped? I’m just a simple man who uses logic. If you took a length of rubber and put the majority of it in a vice, how effective could you stretch the entire length?
#3 - The main reason he hasn’t made any gains is because of the trauma he’s experiencing from #1 and #2
The “no pain - no gain” adage doesn’t apply when it comes to effective PE training.
