Am I BTC ing
Hi everyone
I’ve been hanging since April, now I’m using 17.5lbs , I may go back to 15lbs , anyway I hang by sitting in my bed with a wood pole at the end of my bed , which has a pulley and the weights.
From it is clothes hanger rope to my hanger, I consider this straight hanging, but here and there I put a small plastic table to raise my legs, so the hanger I think goes between my butt cheeks.
I like this set up, because I can watch TV, and lie down, I wonder if I’m doing things right, but to be honest most my time has been straight hanging, but using the table to raise my legs is
comfortable too, On one hand I feel, am I getting any where, but on the other hand I feel real fatigued down there right now as I write, because I’ve been logging over 10 hours a week, And last week , maybe it was the way I did it I had the longest pressed to the bone measure I ever had at 6.5 but all have been over 6.25
