I would think I would measure smaller after 4 days. Maybe we are misunderstanding what each other is saying here. In any case, I am going to take the 4 days off starting today, and then I will measure. What am I looking for when I re-measure? I am at 7.75 side BPEL immediately following a session, so should I look to see if I measuer that after 4 days of rest? I am doing light manual V stretches during this rest period, as well as the sit down stretch whenever I am in my car. But I am doing nothing that brings on fatigue, as I don’t want to tire my dick out or overwork it.

None,only if I am sick. Routine consists of 2-4 20 minute sets with fatigue in the morning, then I try to do the same after work at night. Sometimes I am able to, sometimes too tired from work.

I do a reverse V stretch, since with the RS/DT fulcrum it is bending the tunica downward. So I try and compinsate a little by bending it the other way. I will throw in a V stretch downwards,too, just like the fulcrum hang. I should probably figure out the OTS(over the shoulder) stretch with the fulcrum, because that is what I am trying to do with the reverse V stretch.

My fatigue feeling is a nice dull burn. It sounds like your “bees stinging” feeling is skin stretching, which is also needed initially, as said by BIB. I had that same stinging feeling my first few months of hanging, but now it is a good dull burning sensation.

I completely agree. Although, jelqing seems to be where PE first derived from, and those guys did that instead of stretching/yanking/hanging their dicks. I always figured jelqing was for the girth necessities, and I am fine with my girth as of now. Clamping seems a much better way to gain girth to me, anyways.
