I think I remember that tool. If I’m not mistaken it was presented here and later an inquiry was launched at Bib and he really liked it saying that he wouldn’t use it because it would cause him to gain more and he didn’t want any more.

Yeah I remember looking at the design and realized that it would really put some great leverage on the ligs especially at higher weights.

As far as the clamp is concerned, I don’t think you need any porno if the clamp is up tight. I haven’t found any reduction in erection state except a slight relaxation towards the end of a session but I just cross my legs to increase pressure.

Ok, so I have been doing the routine for the last 5 days, from one of my previous posts in here. I’ve been hanging at least 3 sets in the morning(sometimes more given the allowed time), and then PE weights for at least 3+hours(sometimes all day;7+hours) depending on the number of weights I have on. I have been keeping stats, that I will post in an attachment here later. How long should I keep this routine up before measuring to see if it is working? I have done 21 sets in the past 5 days so far.

Ok,after 3 weeks of hanging religiously, I decided to take a measurment. BPFSL is still 8 inches, but my BPEL on the side is only measuring 7.5 when it use to measure 7.75. I don’t know if I just could not get a hard enough erection, but I remember always being able to measure 7.75. Time for a decon break I guess. I’ll try to take one month off, and see where I stand after that. My routine went as follows:

11/10- 3 sets-mid day-20min each;3 sets @ 20lb;4 PEweights @ 4.5hrs right after sets
11/11- 4sets-mid day-20min each; 3 sets @ 20lb,1 set @18.75lb;4 PEweights @ 7hrs right after sets
11/12- 4 sets-late morning-20min each;2 sets @ 20lb,1 set @ 18.75lb,then 1 @
17.50lb;4 PEweights @ 1.5hrs then 3 @ 7 hrs right after sets

I moved up in weight to 21.25lbs, but the rest is too hard to copy/past here because of the margins, and it would take too long to re-type it all here. Bottom line-the first week I did a total of 29 sets at 20 minutes each, for a total of 8hrs 20min of hanging. Then I wore the PEweights for a total of 51 hours; The second week I did a total of 22.5 sets at 20 minutes each for a total of 7 hrs 10 min of hanging, and wore PEweights for a total of 33 hours; This last week I hung a total of 19 sets at 20 minutes each for a total of 6hrs 20min of hanging, and wore PEweights for a total of 38 hours.

If I am doing this much work, and not showing any gains(actually showing a decrease in Side BPEL), then something is wrong. I was thinking of getting the static stretcher, but I really don’t want to waste any more money than I already have.
