I just saw this as well and was wondering if anyone is doing it that can share results?
I have been doing FIR hanging method and made some gains over the last couple months, but it seems like gains are a bit slowing.
I was wondering if I could combine FIR hanging method with interval training, sort of a new HYBRID method…
So my theoretical hybrid method would be:
10 minute cold - weight #1 for initial ramp up
10 minute warm - weight #2
10 minute warm - weight #3
10 minute warm - weight #4
15 minute cold - weight #5 for cool down
However, basically after every 5 minutes just pull or lift your weight for 20 seconds (so your dick can completely rest) for it to be this interval training he is talking about.
By the way you should be going for at least 4% strain in each session (not 2%) with this method as he explains in the video. So you may need to increase weight.
Any thoughts?
