Anybody have any thoughts on interval hanging?

Ran into this a few months ago. (Disclaimer: have not tried it personally) but it seems to go along the lines of several themes lately on their forum.
For those that have stalled this might be a way to jump-start gains.

I just saw this as well and was wondering if anyone is doing it that can share results?

I have been doing FIR hanging method and made some gains over the last couple months, but it seems like gains are a bit slowing.

I was wondering if I could combine FIR hanging method with interval training, sort of a new HYBRID method…

So my theoretical hybrid method would be:

10 minute cold - weight #1 for initial ramp up
10 minute warm - weight #2
10 minute warm - weight #3
10 minute warm - weight #4
15 minute cold - weight #5 for cool down

However, basically after every 5 minutes just pull or lift your weight for 20 seconds (so your dick can completely rest) for it to be this interval training he is talking about.

By the way you should be going for at least 4% strain in each session (not 2%) with this method as he explains in the video. So you may need to increase weight.

Any thoughts?

Really hanging with fire is interval hanging if it means just upping weight in increments? I’m not bashing the guy but he seems to post a new routine, method, theory every week?

I believe this guy means hanging for 5 minutoes, then rest 20-30 seconds, then again hang for 5 more minutes, and so on.
I tried it yesterday. I really felt I’ve worked out and only did a total of 30 minutes of tension, so this guy must be on to something.

I did it for 4 years. The first hanger was a hanger I made and that is where I gained length I gained about half an inch probably closer to a quarter of an inch. I still stand an injury with too much blood in my head and split my urethra.

I started searching for better technique and such and bib came up over and over I contacted him bought a bib starter and spent the next thousand hours hanging with a bib starter. I gained zero in length, with these thousand hours. My log is over on bib for him and there’s certain pictures in the picture for him as well where he says it’s okay and it’s definitely not okay and then he retracts later and says it’s bad technique and that was hanging from the attachment point only. So according to him me hanging up the 31 and 33 lb for months at a time I was only getting attachment point fatigue only and not full penis fatigue.

But yes in all these 1500 hours time I hung interviews about four sets throughout the day for 20 minutes sets, in 4 years. Quarter of an inch gain and I did gain some girth that was probably from the end and it came around the 31 lb where I did that for months at a time when the girth game showed up game maybe 1/8 of 1/4 of an inch girth base girth.

Currently I’m trying lighter weight and longer sessions. Compression hanger vacuum hanger ads extender. Some days I may only do a vacuum hanger. And I’m feeling more instead of forcing it I would force it before the wait more and grit my teeth and take it. Now I’m going more by feel. last week it felt okay to go up to 27 lb and that felt good. There’s some days 8 lb is enough and it feels sore and I slowly work up the more weight if I have time. Still intervuals throughout day , esp work days hit all days.

How’s it going on with you God have you made any breakthroughs or recent increases recently in length?

I think this interval hanging might be something you might look into. I actually just asked Bib about it over at his forum and he declined to give an opinion. Seems like he is set in his ways. Nevertheless, over at the MH forum some guys are getting results including Ben.

Routine looks like this;

5 minute heavy
2 minute light
5 minute heavy
2 minute light
5 minute heavy
1-2 minutes light

5-10 minute break and repeat
total heavy sets should be 9

As far as my hanging…I have not been able to get back at it. I hope to do so in the next few weeks.

Last night I applied interval hanging method to pumping and I could see my unit lengthened during a pumping session inside the tube, even after reducing the pressure to my normal baseline at 5 near the end, the gained length remained the same in the tube. Tried it with vac hanging this morning- too soon to tell yet, may have to play around with the proper weights. But I see this technique can be valuable for PE.

That s great news. I think this might be a great change-up to when you hit a plateau with regular hanging. Several PE veterans have been testing it out and so far all have been positive results. One in particular was stuck at the same length for six months and then changed over to IH and within a month had 1/8th gain. He has since adopted IH.

Well, my version of it is 5 minutes 4kg, 30 seconds masage, then 5 mins at 4kg, 30 seconds massage, and so on. I’m not doing more than 30 minutes of total hanging because of serious lack of privacy. These last 2 weeks have been hell on earth for me. I’m not sure if I’m gaining length, but I’m sure maintaining what I gained earlier. It’s been too little time (less than a week) now so I hope I’ll get more time and keep up this practice.

I did notice my stretched lenght is a tad shorter at the end of a session, but after relaxing a few hours, it’s back at usual length. Perhaps because I’m doing so little time (15 to 30 minutes max per day) and the structure is not reaching fatigue. Flaccid shows the same, for an hour after hanging it stays a bit shorter then it goes around 1cm longer than my ballsack line (I have very long ballsack)

let us know how you progress. The more success this method has the more it will get validated in the PE community.

I hope I can add up more time, so far it’s too little time, more like a “keeping gains” routine than “gain more”.

Any update on this guys?

Been experimenting with it also, so I tried it as he lays out the routine = 10x1 min, 5x5 min but also just tried 5x5 min but this was just because I was trying to figure out comfort and positioning but what I realised was I’m getting the same strain without the 10x1 mins.

I’m not set on a routine yet, just trying to get it right but I’ll say this I’m getting allot more strain than I ever did with hanging with fire or a general progressive overload routine! I’m also hanging cold and over a fulcrum.

I think I might give this a try.

I’m kind of doing this already in a way as I take the plate holder off to add more weight every 5 mins as I work my way up. All it takes is to break up my 20 min max heated set and 10 min cool down. I’ll add 1 min for a rest/shake out between all the 5 min sets in the timer.

I don’t know what most guys do, bib if I remember correctly, suggested 10 hours minimum.

I hang 10 to 20 hours a week, and since I restarted at the end of last year made some nice gains.
