Short Interval Pumping ?
I have started to try out a technique that to me seems to be quite intuitive, but I wonder whether anybody has made any experience with it: Instead of keeping pressure static for a few minutes, I build up the vacuum slowly up to a certain maximum.
Then I release vacuum and reinduce vacuum in rather short intervals, like e.g.
- release to a very low level of vacuum via the release valve - 2-4 secs
- pumping to max vacuum again over the next 10 secs
- keeping it for about 10-15 secs
- release again.
etc.
I have the feeling that over 20-30 repetitions, I get a better expansion and I draw less lymph fluid.
Does anyone have any opinions, comments, experience with regard to this appraoch?
I also feel it is somewhat more “ergonomic” for the involved body parts.
