Anyone hanging but not for size gains?

I’ve just come back to this forum after being away for well over a decade. I’ve carried on hanging for all those years but not seriously and not for expecting any gains. Here’s why…
1) I’ve found that it increases testosterone and vitality.
2) Erections are stronger.
3) Sperm count increases.

Sometimes I only hang once a week or even a month but it still helps keep me young.

Did you have blood tests to support your claims?


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I agree that hanging and PE in general can make your erections stronger, and for me at least it can make my penis more sensitive in a good way, but how would it increase testosterone or sperm count?
