Hey guys!
As stated in my progress report, I’ve switched from the Phallosan with zero gains to the LG Hanger.
Marlon, if you read this, I know and respect your opinion :-D.
But maybe the other experienced guys can add some infos.
My goal is plain and simple: I want to gain one inch of length as an intermediate goal (2.1 inches final goal) with the least amount of additional girth gains.
The maximum for the 1 inch of length would be 0.4 inches of girth, but preferably less.
Do you think this is possible and if yes how should I modify my routine to work towards this goal?

What a shame that no one was able to answer, guys :-P .

However, I did some research and am pretty confident the girth gains will be below 0.25 inches per 1 inch of length gains.

This should work out just fine for me, we will see.

Just curious,

What size girth are you packing ?

In my opinion and experience you don’t gain girth on vac hanging. I’ve used an extender around 800hrs and gained 2cm in length, no girth.

Goal is 6 inches and naturally Im at 5.5-5.6 in a very uniform way.
Meaning if i go above 6 inches right below the glans, I imagine trouble for some sexual acts.
Would be great if I gained only or primarily length.

Bonjour CBateman!
If you just want to add length, do a lot of stretching (all sides) and use a 4-8 hour extension per day.
I used my extender more than 5000 hours so far and added 2 inches in length.
I am a bit over 6 inches in girth and I have no problem for any sexual acts.
(Depending on what your partner can take) :-)
