Anyone NOT Gain Hanging SDBTC but SOOTS?

Since I’m still fairly new I’m limited to where I can post so here it goes.. Did a search but didnt come across anything. Wondering if anyone has hanged for an extended period of time SD/BTC with little to no gains and switched to SO/OTS and noticed an almost immediate change. I know the tunica takes more work but feel some might hang SD/BTC longer than necessary or when they are already at the point where lig gains are no longer available resulting in breaking a plateau when switching angles.

I think I just confused myself lol.

There isn’t such a thing as ‘lig gains’, not at a significant level.

Marinera I think this might be one of those days that I disagree with most everything you say.

Without reviewing something that shows where the majority of the tension goes and the effects on those tissues I can only go off of what I feel first hand.

I know that it is probably impossible to concentrate the tension in one place 100%. No matter what angle the skin, the tunica, the ligs are going to take a certain degree of the overall load.

However, when I go into BTC I feel the overwhelming load directed at my ligs. I never even knew I had ligs until I started hanging. I don’t mean I didn’t know the body had ligaments. I mean I had no awareness of them until I started hanging. Similar to doing your first pushup or bench press and feeling those muscles for the first time.

With the exception of doing an irregular routine I feel my ligs taking the majority of the tension when I hang BTC. My ligs are sore the next day.

I am not saying they are what is causing my growth with absolute certainty. However, when I’m putting in my sets correctly I feel them and almost only them. I am only able to go off the sensations that my body gives me.

Hate the PE to weight lifting comparison but sometimes it is the only analogy I can draw on. When I really work my triceps the next day or two I feel them. I am not feeling the soreness in my calves.

I really have a hard time understanding what you are saying Bhcentral; since you feel your ligs are fatigued then your gains are coming from ligs, that’s it? Maybe it’s the language barrier, dunno.

Yes that is what I am saying. I know it’s not scientific. I am purely going off of what my body tells me in regards to soreness.

Again not scientific but by the soreness that I constantly feel I believe the majority of my gains came from something to do with my ligs.

I can’t see how your feeling can prove where your gains are coming from. Do you have a void space between your balls and anus? If gains are coming from your ligs being stretched, then your penis should have been pulled ahead leaving a void area. That would also mean that, unlikely other males, your penis is not attached to your ischiopubic rami from the inside but just lightly attached to your body by ligs. Warning that means that you could lose your penis from a moment to another. ;)

As I said I only know by what I feel. I did try SO hanging a couple times just for giggles and I felt it in a completely different area. Inside the actual shaft of the penis.

I am sure other BTC hangers will say the exact same thing about where they feel it. I’m not saying I feel it a little. It is the overwhelming feeling. It is in a fan pattern above the penis out towards the thighs to the lower abdominal muscles

Can you please elaborate more on this? Also, I’ve noticed that early PE threads(around 2002/3+) made assertions of girth gains from extending, yet recently people claim no such thing as girth gains from it; some even claim some loss of girth. Why the change in such a long time?

about girth gains from extending, I think it was common to get base girth gains from hanging, people believed that extenders should cause the same increase. So at least in some cases they started seeing what they expected to see.
