Auto ADH vs Bib Hanger

Have any of you guys used the auto adh or bib hanger. Which one do you consider to be the best device and why?

Both are completely different - ADH is for light stretching and BIB is for heavy hanging. Can’t compare.

Yup. The Bib Hanger’s competitors are homemade hangers such as the Captn’s Wench, and other commercial hangers such as TPS’s Redi-Stretcher.

Monkeybar’s line of products, on the other hand, compete with things like the Penimaster and Monty’s PE Weights (and countless homemade ADS setups).

Not to mention the fact that the Auto ADH has ceased production while monkeybar remodels it.
