When you get blood out ot the penis because hanging caused intense pressure in the head, and you forget about it and do it twice, how soon can I start hanging again? 2 days? 3 days? One day ain’t enough!

When you get a ligament pop, do you get a quick, sharp, jab of pain with it? It was nothing major, but was enough to make me jump.

But the good news is: I’ve finally got the feeling of stretched ligaments, all the way back to my perineum. It sure lasts a long time.

Tex3, I’d personally go three days on the wait and ligament pops aren’t supposed to have any associated pain from what I’ve read.

Cue me in here - what’s the perineum?

It’s commonly, very commonly, known as the ‘taint - ‘taint your balls and ‘taint your a**hole, it’s the part in between. Does that clearly convey the image? <BG>

Ok, seriously, how are you stressing that? Are you doing OTS hanging? So it’s really sore?

Next question - what does it feel like when you let go a ripsnorter with a sore perineum?

Tex - Bad luck, mate! Take a few days/week off to get things healed up properly. Did you squeeze all the blood from the glans before you tightened the hanger? That can often help keep the pressure down - but it does get more difficult with heavier weights.

Buster - the perineum is the region between the scrotum and the anus.

Thanks Lil1, but I really was just kidding with my follow-up post. The thought of someone actually posting a picture of their perineum on the board - “Look how much it’s grown! Comments?” - just kills me.
