Best Homemade Hanger?

On one of the boards recently, I was instructions for a homemade hanger using pvc pipe. The instructions were as follows:

Take two pieces of PVC pipe 4-5” long and boil them in water for several minutes. Take them out and push them flat with a board. Drill holes in each end, and using wing-nut bolts clamp it to the end of your schlong.

A leather shoelace would be looped through additional holes drilled in the pieces of PVC pipe.

It looked like a really good design to me, but for the life of me, I can’t remember where I saw it! Has anyone seen this, and can anyone share where it is?
