Best method to add length to your penis

Please help me with getting a longer penis.

I like pumping and it works but my question is will hanging a weight speed up the lengthening process of my penis?

Trying to get fast results does not work out in PE. PE is a marathon, not a sprint. As has been said.

Hi,
I’ve been on and off with PE, mainly because the types of equipment I have bought have been uncomfortable and at sometimes painful.

My current routine is helping for 15/20mins followed by water pumping with a bath mate for 20mins. I’ve been doing this for about two weeks now and I’m not expecting immediate results. However, I’m looking more for length gains and wanted to incorporate hanging ti the fold.

I saw the captains wrench on here and was going to make that as I’m tired of spending cash on dud products.

I was going to do the following routine and wanted some advice if it was a good one to do?

Hanging for 30mins to an hour
Water pumping for 20mins

I may do some ADS during the day if I can.

Using speed as your guideline will get you hurt. I have had periods where I gained fast and I’m currently gaining very very slow. It seems to come in spurts when you’re “in the zone”. Plus, it takes trial and error to find the exercises you respond to. Your going to probably have to try numerous routines and constantly chart progress to find what works for you. Be scholastic in the process.

I have to agree with Mr inbetween here. I’ve been hanging for a month and have not seen any length gains. I got more girth in the process but i can’t attribute that to hanging either since I’ve also been Jelqing and edging so just stay in it, our bodies are all different. Try different things and be mindful of your unit so it’s stays injury free

I’ve been vacuum hanging consistently with 5#, with 1# and heat added at 15 and 30 min interval. For the final 15 minutes I add another pound but take of the heat. Hanging for a total of an hour, total weight 8#. Numbers I derived from the load calculator.

Question. How long before you see results? I see some people have gains of a few millimeters after stretching but more so I’m curious of larger gains and the length of time needed to see them.

Hoping to add a full inch over time, I realize it’s a marathon and not sprint but if I continue hanging for 60 hours. There should be some fairly easily noticeable length. I don’t trust my measuring with mm increments. I don’t know what a 90 day stretch period before some deconditioning should yield. I realize everyone is different. Maybe a solid 1/4”? Currently at 24 hours hang time.

Just looking for a practical realistic goal. I thought maybe some of the more experienced hangers might have thoughts. Thanks in advance

I mean there is no rule that you’ll see anything happen in 60 hours, some will see change quicker than others, just the way it is. Yes if you’re doing your routine correctly and you make adjustments based on the way your body responds to the routine, yes you most likely will see results, but if you’re doing something sub-optimal you might see little to no results.

I thought it was debunked that pumping added any permanent increases to size, am I wrong? If I am can someone link me to posts of people making perma gains with pumping, would like to read.

Well a realistic goal would be “I’ll do this for 2:30 hours a day for 90 days straight, no rest days”. Then see what you’ve achieved if you reached your time goal or if something came up.
I’m on a similar goal, did get some solid newbie gains in first 2 weeks, then it all became pretty much slow. Been 60 hours at it, got a 1cm gain but at least 2/3 of it were newbie, the last 2 weeks I got like 3mm or something. in a decreasing manner (last week 1mm, the week before 2mm). I’ve not upped weight, and am just adding a second set to my actual max weight, then lower the weight throughout the session. Am aiming at 15 hours per week, which is hard to achieve on my actual agenda, but it can be done. Wish I could go for 4 hours per day, but no privacy for such an accomplishment…

As others have also noted, it’s a marathon. Don’t injure yourself beyond repair. It’s worth the patience.
