I think his point was that there’s no new groundbreaking “this will guarantee everyone in the world that does it will gain length” method that we’ve been hiding from everyone, waiting for your post to finally talk about. There’s no secret, quick, guaranteed method that works for everyone. If there was, there wouldn’t be a forum, there wouldn’t be different exercises, techniques and methods and thousands of devices. There would just be one page on the internet that said “do this”, underneath a picture of a guy with a 38 inch dick.
All the info’s out there, and a lot of the process is experimenting, learning, reading and finding the method(s) that works best for you. The newbie routine is about as close as there is to a tried and true routine that has a great chance of producing gains.
The other side to this whole coin is there a lot of examples of guys that gain length from what are considered girth routines and guys that gain girth from doing primarily what are considered length routines. No one can really say what will work best for you as an individual.
That being said, I got my best length gains from the newbie routine with warmups, increasing the stretching time gradually, and incorporating jelqing. I’ve been stuck for quite some time as I hit diminishing returns around the 6 month mark and am currently experimenting with hanging to try to break the plateau. I have not had much success so far, but will continue for a little longer before trying something new.
