To a first approximation, the tension on any cable connected to a weight through a single pulley is the amount of the weight itself. A 10# barbell with give 10# of tension, regardless of angle.

The weight of the cable itself can add or subtract slightly from the tension felt, as can friction in the pulley that might cause things to bind. But these are generally small effects if you use a decent pulley.

Hint: Use a bungee cord for at least part of your cable. It won’t affect the tension felt by the penis, but it will provide some shock absorption if anything gets disturbed.

I’m pretty sure I posted the link to the video earlier. If you haven’t seen it yet. You will need to register at the Max-Vac forum to view it, but that is how i first learned how to do it then developed my own technique. Really the only addition I make is I use two sleeves on the tube that fold down instead of just one. By the way is if free to register at the forum and you don’t have to own a Max-Vac to register.

Modesto - correct - as long as there is no friction. That’s why I am using ball-bearing pulleys. Their additional advantage is that the pull due to a given weight - due to the absence of friction - won’t change while you move around in your room or on your seat (which I cannot completely avoid when I am hanging whilst drumming. You can also hang while sleeping with this type of pulleys but beware of water blisters which can ruin your pe workout for quite a while.

Ok joe - I got it.

I am just hanging 5 pounds for 20 minutes starting 5 minutes ago (gf out of house *s*).

Since this is not really much time nor weight for me, I made the stuff a little more funny using a fulcrum (kind of spongy stuff with a hole and a stick inside which is running ofer my thighs while I am sitting. Dick ofer the fulcrum making a rounded 90 degrees angle around the fulcrum which has a diameter of about 2 inches.

1. Good point, as already pointed out in a recent thread: much faster than the cotton wrap technique.

Pretty good tunica stretch, probably a little more skin pull than with my cotton wrap technique, but may be I will have to optimize..

Since I didn’t use a wrap (nor 3. Sleeve) just following monkeybar’s video religiously I am a little afraid of luid build-up in my foreskin - that’s why I am limiting time and weight this first time.

I will report in a little while..

Should there be too much fluid build-up I will combine with my cotton wrap technique and see what happens.

I just doubled the weight to 10 pounds and it still feels good. Skin stretch a little stronger but acceptable.

Towards the end of my routine I tried 15 pounds but the whole shit slipped off - will try joes 3-sleeves technique next time.

Fluid build-up is noticeable but certainly acceptable.

Will compare with my technique (cotton wrap, single sheath now if I don’t fall asleep (it’s 1 am here and it was a very busy day at work.

Sorry - when I just started my next session I noted a little hole in one of the sleeves - so it’s not the double sleeve technique that failed but the outer sleeve (not old, but not new either.

Now I am at 15 pounds with my wrap technique and the fulcrum as described above. There is literally no skin stretch but the fatigue in the tunica is incredible - I won’t last 30 minutes, I will be glad if I can take 10 minutes or so. It really burns.

Shit - if that won’t make it grow I will start hanging a ton or two *s*
