Bib Hanger: Personal Milestone

Bib Hanger: Personal Milestone

After a year or so from hanging I finally accomplish a milestone with the bib. I just completed my first 10 min hanging BTC with 20lbs. I just have to work my way up to adding more sessions. Tears are coming to my eyes.

Long Term Goal

The perfect 8x6 cock aka the pussy destroyer (one day).

Congratulations. Thing is, I am not convinced hanging more weight is the way to go.

In the other PE disciplines: Pumping with more pressure doesn’t work. Jelqing harder doesn’t work. Clamping harder doesn’t work.

I have reached a plateau in my hanging. I have done 8lbs, 9lbs, 10lbs, 12lbs and 15lbs in my hanging career. I’ve done different angles, and session time and I wasn’t seeing results. Today I increased the weights and I was surprised I was able to do 20lbs. I will stick with this weight for a while and see what happens.

I think it is usually better with PE to increase time instead of increasing intensity. How long are you hanging sessions at lower weight?

I kept increasing the weight as well. Got to 25# before I realized it wasn’t working. My opinion is that, if you don’t gain by 20#, more weight won’t help. Consider more time and lighter weight.

This is not a weight lifting competition. The goal is to gain with as little weight as possible.

Of course. It’s easy to do if your lucky enough to have two or more hours to hang daily, I have symphaty for the guys that can only hang for 30 to 60 minutes. The point is you have to reach fatigue and get that wore out and sore feeling somehow, wheter it takes 10# or 35#

How much time are you hanging daily, Dickstruction?

With the following weights (8lbs, 9lbs, 10lbs, 12lbs and 15lbs) I could easily do 15mins for 3 session. I can also do 20 min sessions but that last 5 minutes I got bored out of my mind. Personally I like the 15 minutes session. In total I try to do 90min of hanging, jelqing and other techniques.

Not to be a pain in your ass (you know I luv ya), but the idea that the “wore out feeling” is related to gains has never been proven. Also, the notion that more weight will work for guys who have less time to hang has never been proven.

Yeah, I know that nothing in PE has ever really been “proven,” but I find these two ideas to be particularly suspect.

I think that different guys respond very differently to PE exercises. We all have to find what works for us. I do not believe that there is a simple formula for gains (weight x time, gains per hour, etc.). They may work for some of us, but probably not all of us.

With all the hanging I have done, I have still never had a gain that I can say with any confidence was the result of hanging.

That is for sure. Like Mr. Nine, I found that my best gains tended to come when I achieved a really “worn out,” sore feeling after hanging sessions. For me, this usually involved substantial weights (though never anything as large as 20 lbs!). But obviously a lot of guys have gained through exclusively light forces for long times (e.g., ADS), so I’m not saying this is the only way I could have gained. Currently, I am trying to hang moderate weights for a couple of sets to achieve fatigue, then strap on a vacuum hanger with a light weight for a few hours. We’ll see how it goes.

For the past week I hung 3 times with 20lbs and it was great. I did notice an increase in flaccid length as well as erect gains. On Wednesday I was jelqing normally and I got an erection and could not believe my size. I took both hands and wrapped it around my unit. I wish I had a ruler at the time to get an accurate measurement. I think I will stick with 20lbs for a while.

Dickstruction:

How much did you gain before you reached the plateau? Have you been doing any other PE exercise besides hanging?

My initial starting length gain was 6.5 and last year I had measure over 6.5 in length. I don’t measure 3/4 or 1/4 gains like most guys. I think that might be my limiting factor because I only do hanging to get my length then I will work on girth. I do my jelqing here and there between hanging to get the blood going. I might need to start using my extender I got from monkeybar a while back.

Dickstruction:

Good measuring is important. You know what I mean, even 1/4” is a lot for a dick.

Jelqing is the most important exercise for girth. Two alternatives are clamping and pumping, but they don’t work the same way in all guys.

I don’t mean to hijack this thread, but my comments and questions have much to do with this subject.

I have been hanging for 4 months now, only 1 month have I been doing it consistently. I have been doing BTC every day for the last 3 weeks. I have broken up my routine into 2-3 20 minute hangs in the morning at 12.5,10, and 7.5 pounds. And then in the evening I try and get in another 2 hangs, usually starting at 10lbs. Sometimes I can’t take that much weight again, without major fatigue too soon. I have recently bought 1.25lb weights so that I can manage my fatigue better. I am in the process of deciding on some sort of ADS system to help keep in the extended state(how long I need to be in this state, I don’t know) when I am not able to be hanging. I was told by Bigger, and many others on this site, that you “want” to be able to reach fatigue at the lowest weight possible. I once tried to hang 15lbs, and lasted the full 20 minutes…and I felt a huge stretch the whole time. But I think it was probably too much to do this soon. So now I am trying to stay in the 7.5lb-12.5lb range, as long as I can reach my fatigue-usually about 10-13 minutes into the hang. But when I can only hang once in the morning, and then have to go do errands or take part in daily life’s routines, I’m wondering if I still get the benefits from the first hang. This is why I want some sort of ADS system.
Any comments on my regiment?
Also,I thought I was told before that you don’t want to hang for more than 10 hours a week…..did I understand this wrong?, is it “at least” 10 hours a week?
