Hello,

I like to study on my bed more than at my desk.

I am thinking about putting a big hook in a stud in the ceiling above my bed. I am thinking I will hang a rope from it so that I can attach my bib to it. I could then adjust the tension by adjusting the strap on the Bib. I figure I could hit every possible angle this way. I could lay on my back, on my sides. I could sit forward for an over the shoulder and I could lay on my stomach for a btc.

Hopefully, after a few months, I would have to trim the rope some.

Any thoughts?

Just don’t die from a heart attack in the middle of a set. That would be quite an unusual sight for the first ones to find you. Because I sure as heck don’t want to be found dead with weights hanging off my penis. But then again, I’m dead. So who cares.

Would you still use weights? For some angles, I wonder if instead you could make a loop at the other end of the rope that you could slip your foot into and use your leg muscles for the resistance. It wouldn’t be easy to gauge the amount of resistence, but then again you wouldn’t have weights hanging off your penis in the event of the aforementioned heart attack.

Why not just put a pulley on that hook, and then put use actual weights? If you use a static rope, I doubt you could turn, etc, the way you envision.

No weights, just a static rope. I posted the idea as soon as I thought of it. I have thought it out a little more.

I will probably use a very thin but sturdy rope. I will do something like tie a series of key chain loops into knots at the base of the rope to attach the hook of the bib. Between the blue strap on the bib and the choice of loops(knots with key chains), I should be able to get into any position I want.

I don’t have a head board. I am now thinking of putting a second hook in the wall behind my head. I could attach a rope there, and then inch my way down in bed until the rope is taunt. The friction of my body against the bed would provide the force. That way my penis would exit my body at less than 45deg from my abdomen and I could get a good over the shoulder type stretch while laying down.

I am thinking that I will find a really big sock to fill with rice and wrap like a turban around my penis and the Bib. Then my hands are completely free and I am in a comfortable and relaxed position.

This might be a good option for guys who watch a lot of TV or read or whatever in a lounge chair.

LOL. No, but my penis would be attached to a rope that looped through a hook in the ceiling and then attached to a leg hovering about a foot off the bed.

Oh, and then they would find the toy box : 0

I guess that all I would really have to do is attach a longer strap to the bib, then I could reach most any position.

The weights are not such a bad idea either, but of course I wouldn’t want the hook right above me : 0

If you are going to go with the static rope idea, I would suggest using one or more bungy coords. That should avoid the problems bib talked about and provide a more regulated pulling force. Just don’t attach any ropes to the door handle… . . SLAM!! :cry:

You know the blue strap on the bib (Is everyones strap is blue?)? I think I could just attach a longer strap and adjust it for the different positions.

Also, I could have a fish scale between two pieces of rope instead of one long rope. That way I could keep track of how many pounds of force I was applying.

Then, when I am done, just unhook the rope from the ceiling and throw it under my bed.

The people I know have learned that I am perverted so if they ask what the new hook above my bed is for, I will just wink and let them think what they want. Or heck, maybe I will hang a plant from it if the gf’s parents stop by.

I let myself go a little nuts with the idea earlier today. I started to imagine running tracks for a hook across the ceiling of my studio. I could wash dishes, vacuum, what ever, but then I thought, “what if I slip and fall”? : o

Question.

I don’t plan on being in this studio much longer so I think I am going to forgo the giant hook in the ceiling idea.

I do however want to hang while in bed. I have an idea.

1) Some sort of very sturdy tripod that I can place at various locations around my bed. Run a rope to it and hang weights over it. I would adjust the leg lengths so that it would be stable. Can you guys visualize this?

2) If I had two of them, I could run a metal pipe across them and tie the rope around it to get the same effect as the hook. Preferably, I would be able to somehow clamp the pipe to them so that it would not roll off.

They would have to be collapsible so that I could stuff them in my closet or under the bed when not in use.

Do any of you have any ideas on what I might use? They would have to be able to withstand 30 lb at the very least.

Also, I would love to hear any ideas at all you might have on how I can hang in bed. Oh, I have no head board or base board.

Hmm,

Alright, two tall sturdy stools, a metal bar and brackets to fasten the bar to the top of the stool will work to stretch strait up when I am on my back and sides. I will also be able to achieve a btc stretch this way if I lay on my stomach.

Hmm, but what about the other angles? Heck, if I had one really sturdy tripod I could get the anles and maybe even position it on the bed if it had flat feet. I could put one foot between my legs and a foot on either side of my abdomen. Then I would only need one tripod.

Anyone know about tripods?

Why don’t you tie a rope or bungy cord underneath your bed. As far as I know, most beds have some kind of sturdy bar where you can tie things to. That is unless you just have a mattress on the floor. :chuckle:

You can tell your friends the rope is for exercises. Or you could just shove the rope underneath your bed when you are done with it.

A small table?

I could create a second ceiling above my self with a small sturdy table placed on the bed with me. I could attach the hook to the bottom of it. That would be more convenient than having a giant tripod in bed with me.

I share my bed with a tripod. That sounds really weird.
