I wouldn’t try it. I looked at the proextender website, and it looks like a conventional jes extender. It uses the standard design noose-style attachment method. Putting lots of weight on a noose-style attachment is a very bad idea.

If you keep your eyes open on Thunders, from time to time folks sell their bib hanger, and they work. I like the stuff that monkeybar sells (autoextender.com). He has an attachment that would work with your extender to make it more comfortable, and could be converted for use as a hanger. And there are also many home-built designs you could try.

But a noose-style attachment for hanging is a bad idea.
