Capn's Wench falls off everytime!

Hey everyone,

I’m an uncut hanger, and every time I try to hang (only 5 pounds) the damn wench falls right off under it’s own weight. It’s like my foreskin rolls forward and the wench slides off. I’ve tried the ace bandage wrap with a cotton wrap underneath, and lately I’ve been trying the scuncii hearband wrap, but to no avail! I pull the foreskin back before I wrap, and lately have tried to wrap with a semi-erection to keep the wench on, but nothing seems to work. Anyone have any tips or tricks that can help? Thanks!

Is the clamp tight enough?

Yep, as tight as I can get it. It’s like the Cap’ns Wench is secure on the wrap, but once I lower the weight the whole apparatus rolls off with the wrap.

That’s weird because I’ve never had a problem with it. Do you have the grippers positioned right?

I think so…the first one is about .75 inch from the left, and the second one is about 3.5 inch from the left. Maybe I got the wrong type of grippers. The ones that I have are cotton on the exposed side, meant for using on the ends of chair legs so that they don’t damage hard wood floors. I can see why the hearband wrap rolls right off over the cotton grippers since there is little traction. Are these the wrong grippers?

If the hangers slips it’s just not tight enough. If you are unable to tighten the cableclamp any tighter you might want to consider using a hoseclamp instead, I think I’ve seen others use it in combination with a wench.

That’s your problem. You can’t use fuzzy cotton. You need something that grips.

For the grippers I used a 84 cent pair of padded insoles. I just cut 4 - 1”X2” rectangles out of one of them. Glued 2 of them together so they were 1/4” thick. You want the grip side facing your dick (which is the side that lays against the bottom of shoe). Hope this helps.
