Cementing hanging Gains
Hey, lost some hanging gains by doing 3 days hanging a week, five hours total hanging weekly. Saw that Bib advises to cement gains by doing 40 minutes hanging daily, -without- reaching fatigue. Anyone who tried it to cement gains and can confirm it’s legit? And which form, SO/SD? And another thing, anyone who lost some gains, and couldn’t achieve erection in bed due to feeling smaller? It’s messed me up psychologically.. Thanks!
