Hey, lost some hanging gains by doing 3 days hanging a week, five hours total hanging weekly. Saw that Bib advises to cement gains by doing 40 minutes hanging daily, -without- reaching fatigue. Anyone who tried it to cement gains and can confirm it’s legit? And which form, SO/SD? And another thing, anyone who lost some gains, and couldn’t achieve erection in bed due to feeling smaller? It’s messed me up psychologically.. Thanks!

My hanging gains cemented by using a extender 8-10 hours a day. Low tension was apparently enough: 400-800 grams.

Try not to get obsessed with size.
Anyway, could you give more details about how much you gained hanging, for how long you hanged, how many hours a week, what weights, and how much you feel have lost and in which period of time?

Even hanging 1x20 or 2x10 4-7 days a week I would think would be enough. You could even manual stretch here and there, every time you go to the toilet give him a 30 sec pull.

I’ve never been able to cement gains from high weight hanging or high force extending. For me using a lot of force causes retraction of the erect length for the next several days. I’ve come to the conclusion that high force stretching is counterproductive.

Instead I use a low weight hanger .5lb. for many hours at a time, sporadically. It doesn’t cause the next day retraction and seems to produce length gains over time. Though I can’t be 100% sure about that because I’ve never used a low weight hanger without also pumping.

I started hanging with 2.5 lbs with the 3x20, or sometimes 4x20 4-5 days per week. I upped the weight slowly over time but still used the 3 set for 20 minutes method. Eventually I got up to using 15-17 lbs. Standing up at a workbench I even used 20 lbs sometimes, but it did get uncomfortable.
The fact is, I got most of the gains from this 3 year exercise from 2.5 - 10 lbs. After that gains came pretty slow.
I haven’t done any hanging for a few years now, and I have lost about .25 inch in length. But I’m still about 7 inches long and the thickness doesn’t seem to have reduced at all. Erections are great.

I do some short maintenance stretches and a few dozen jelqs a couple times a week to keep the unit healthy, it seems to work.

I started the same way but can’t seem to get past 12.5lbs without a lot of bruising. Bruising occurs right beneath the circumcision line. Not sure If I should try a different hanger. I use the Male Hanger and it’s pretty comfortable most of the time. Any thoughts?

Best way to cement gains is to go .5 inches above your goal. So if you want an 8 inch you must hang until you achieve a 8.5. It will turtle back from 1/4 to 1/2 inch.


Currently at 8.125 BPEL and 6.25 Girth

In low weight hanging method with FIR heat, do we need to do any exercises to cement our gains after each cycle or during the cycle?

Mine is shrinking about 30 to 50mm when I give it a rest for a few days, but goes back to normal after 2 days of hanging again.
