Cool down while hanging

First off, I buy into the idea that it’s better to cool down than re-warm up after a hanging set to help lock in gains. I always warm up for 5 minutes prior to hanging and continue to apply heat for the first 10 minutes of a set to encourage stretching. At the end, I apply a cool, wet cloth to the base of my penis for two minutes.

My question is, what if I began applying the cool wet cloth during the second 10 minutes of my set (during the final two minutes of hanging)? In theory this would help to lock in gains at the most stretched up state, right?

Has anyone done this?

I tried it this morning. Applied a cool wrap the base of my penis/pubic area for the final two minutes of my set, then, after unwrapping, applied a cool wrap to the rest of my penis for two minutes.

So far so good. Better than usual flacid hang.

Tried it the last few times and I definitely feel like I’ve been having longer, fuller flacid hangs. Curious to see if anyone else has had the same experience.

I don’t hang but I do cooldown at the end of my pe sessions and I agree with you it does have an advantage over warming down. Though it may just be for certain individuals but i’m glad it works for me because my dick is really tender to heat of the same temperatur I used for my warm up just 50 mins earlier. It feels like 50 degrees hotter. But yeah I also get the longer thicker flacc from cooldown

Do you cool down in the middle of your stretching though? I’ve been applying a cool wrap to the base of my penis during the last two minutes of a hanging session as a means of trying to cement gains.

It probably won’t have any long term effects, but it can help with flaccid hang. Last 2 minutes is fine, although I wouldn’t do it if it was at the end of a very tiring or heavy set. If you can, reduce the weight so it just keeps full extension but not much stretch, then cool down.
