Goingdeep is correct, fatigue is your goal - you want to make those micro-tears! If you can achieve that in 2x20 minute sets, great! And if you can hang again later in the day, to keep those micro-tears open while they heal, that may help too. That may be one of the reasons why Bigger’s routine was so successful - he kept the tissue stressed and the micro-tears open over a long period. But be careful not to overdo it - we don’t want those micro-tears turning into macro-tears! :leftie:
